Seo In Young is a South Korean singer, dancer, actress, model, host, and former member of JEWELRY (쥬얼리). She graduated from Dongduk Girls' High School.

She made her debut in July 2002 when she joined as the group's new lead vocalist with their second album, "Again". JEWELRY debuted in March 2001; however, sales for their first album were dismal, and the company, Star Empire (스타제국), decided to make lineup changes as soon as the promotional period ended. The following year, 2 members were dismissed from the group, and she was brought in as a replacement. Their second album proved to be more successful, but the agency was never able to provide stability for the group as their concept kept changing radically from album to album.

In 2005, JEWELRY took a break in South Korea and began promoting exclusively in Japan. She made her debut as a solo artist in February 2007 with the album "Elly Is So Hot" (using the stage name Elly). The group kept facing lineup changes almost every year, and in December 2009, she decided to leave in order to focus on her career as a soloist and also as a host and model. She was part of the group's second and third official lineups.

In May 2012, she launched her own label, IY Entertainment, before dissolving the company and returning to Star Empire 4 years later due to her loyalty to her original agency.

She reunited with 3 other former members in 2018 and then again in 2022 for special episodes of variety shows where they performed their biggest hit, "One More Time".

In March 2024, she signed an exclusive contract with SW Entertainment (SW엔터테인먼트).
