Pancho Kagami was a Japanese drummer who also worked as a voice actor and actor. His real name was Kagami Kuniaki. He was affiliated with Altross Music Agency. He was born in Taito Ward, Tokyo. He was the second son of three brothers (one older and one younger). He graduated from the Tokyo University of the Arts.

He formed Pinky and the Killers with George Hamano, Endy Yamaguchi, Luis Takano, and Kon Yoko. He played the drums in the group. After the group disbanded, he formed New Killers and took over as leader from George Hamano. He was also active as part of a duo called Haruka & Pancho with singer Saijo Haruka.

He died on May 29, 2018, of liver cancer. He was 74 years old. His death was announced on his blog by his former musical colleague, Kon Yoko.

On February 22, 2025, the Japan Image Content Rights Management Organization posted a notice on the Internet requesting contact from the bereaved family members of the deceased for the secondary use of the video content.
