Lee Sang In
- Name: Lee Sang In
- Native name: 이상인
- Also Known as: TAO, 타오
- Nationality: South Korean
- Gender: Male
- Born: April 20, 1971
- Age: 55
Before officially debuting, he appeared in a small role in the 1990 live adaptation "Dragon Ball: Ssawora Son Goku, Igyeora Son Goku". He then ventured in theater with roles in 1991 in a stage play and in 1992 in musical theater. He did not intend to join the entertainment industry and was originally studying to become an accountant, but his father convinced him to try.
In 1996, he passed the 18th open recruitment for talent at KBS and made his official debut in the drama "Yes, Sir". However, his appearance in "A Bluebird Has It" the following year made him a well-known public figure for his perfect martial arts skills. He showcased his athletic abilities in a few variety shows and in the late-1990s and early-2000s managed to appear in many roles on TV.
In 2007, he released his 1st and only album under the stage name TAO. After several dramas and a few movies, he entered "Voice Trot" in 2020 but was eliminated in the earlier rounds. He is now more focused on his personal businesses.
