He joined JTG Entertainment (제이티지엔터테인먼트) in early 2020 and was set to debut as part of the agency's new boy group preliminarily named JTG Boys. However, in May 2021, the company merged with Starweave Entertainment (스타위브 엔터테인먼트) and only 4 members (including him) were able to join alongside new trainees.
He finally made his debut in February 2022 as JWIIVER's main vocalist with their first EP, "JTrap". Unfortunately, the group struggled to promote and, sadly, disbanded in January 2024.
