From the 1950s, she was a dancer under the stage name Mary Rose at the Asakusa Rock Theater. Shortly thereafter, she moved to the Nikkei Music Hall before being recruited by the film industry. She made her film debut in "Temptation on Glamour Island" in 1958. Her drama debut occurred with "Naiteta Maruka" in 1966.
She appeared in 8 of the 10 Toei "Torakku Yaro" movies. She was active as a film actress since 1958. Her most recent appearance is in 2001's "Yu no Machi Jikenbo 1". Edit Biography
