Jang Ho Geun, known professionally as Jang Min Ho, is a South Korean singer and former member of U-BES (유비스) and BARAM (바람). He graduated from Incheon Daegun High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Theater and Film Studies from Chungbu University and a master's degree in Performing Arts from Dankook University.

He made his debut in July 1997 as part of U-BES (using his real name) with their self titled first album were their choreography received huge attention as it mixed the movements of kendo and Chinese martial arts. Unfortunately, other recently formed groups, such as H.O.T or SECHS KIES, overshadowed their debut and, despite gathering a small but solid fanbase, could not promote steadily. They attempted a comeback in mid-1998 but album sales were poor and the members began facing creative differences with their agency. They were put on indefinite hiatus and never officially disbanded.

He re-debuted in late 2004 as part of ballad duo BARAM with singer Seo Woo with their first album, "Just Like a Wind". However, the group was a commercial failure and disbanded in less than 6 months. He enlisted for his mandatory military service in 2007 and was discharged in mid-2009. Then, in 2011, he switched to trot music, began using the stage name Jang Min Ho, and released the single "I Love You, Noona", but it was a flop. He was planning to become a flight attendant for a Chinese airline when the CEO of his current agency (who was a manager back then) convinced him to try one more time.

In 2012, he entered KBS's audition show "Last Audition of My Life" where he won 1st place alongside singer-songwriter LEN in a project duo called LEN-MIN HO. Despite winning, KBS claimed the show had low ratings and never supported them so, 2 months later, he released another solo EP called "The Man Says". The lead single, also titled like the EP, became his signature song and he finally began achieving some success. In 2020, he entered "Mr. Trot Season 1" and ended up in 6th place but, since then, his popularity has increased and is now a well-known singer but also model, host and TV personality. He is represented by Ho Entertainment (호엔터테인먼트).
