Lee Seung Hwan, known professionally as Sean Lee, is a South Korean bodybuilder, personal trainer, TV personality and entrepreneur. He graduated from The George Brown College of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada. In 2004, he won the Muscle Mania competition in Canada He became popular in South Korean television during the late 2000s and early 2010s when rapid dieting programs were the newest trend. He appeared frequently in the media as a dedicated personal trainer and diet expert, appearing in seasons 2 and 3 of "Diet War" and writing a book "The Sean Lee Diet". He is the CEO of the Sean Lee Body School but as the trend of rapid dieting began to decline, he appeared less on TV and has focused on his businesses.
