Raina
- Name: Raina
- Native name: 오혜린
- Also Known as: 레이나, O Hye Rin
- Nationality: South Korean
- Gender: Female
- Born: May 7, 1989
- Age: 37
Before debuting, she tried to join JYP Entertainment as a rapper, but she failed the audition and worked as a barista before joining Pledis Entertainment (플레디스 엔터테인먼트).
She made her debut in November 2009 as AFTER SCHOOL's new main vocalist with their second single, "Because of You", which managed to reach the top spot on the Gaon Digital Chart. The group had debuted in January of that year, but as part of the agency's concept of having "admissions and graduations" and allowing the members to join or leave in a natural way, she was added weeks after she joined Pledis.
They received attention for their unique live performances, often incorporating different performance styles into their songs, including drums, tap dancing and pole dancing.
In June 2010, she became part of the group's first sub-unit, ORANGE CARAMEL (오렌지 캬라멜), debuting with the single "Magic Girl" that was part of their mini-album "The First Mini-Album" that was released 5 days later. The sub-unit proved to be a commercial success due to its choreography and colorful outfits.
In July 2011, she joined sub-unit A.S. BLUE, formed after the fans voted. Together with the other sub-unit, A.S. RED, they released joint single albums. A.S BLUE's album included the singles "Wonder Boy" and "Lady".
She made her debut as a solo artist in October 2014 with the single "Reset" and has also provided many OSTs for dramas and movies.
In late 2015, Pledis halted all promotions and activities, a move that was severely criticized by the public and that began a long history of the company mismanaging girl groups. AFTER SCHOOL, it never released any new material again, and in April 2016, ORANGE CARAMEL also became inactive after a concert. Her contract expired in December 2019, and as all members (except Nana) had left Pledis, the group (inactive for the past 4 years) officially disbanded.
In June 2021, she joined 4 other former AFTER SCHOOL members for a reunion in the SBS and online show "MMTG", performing two of their biggest hits, "Diva" and "Bang".
She is currently represented by UnderbarGo (언더바고).
