Fujitani Miwako, a Japanese actress and singer from Kita, Tokyo, debuted in 1977 with a commercial for Calbee (カルビー) potato chips. In 1978, she appeared in the TV drama "Yuhi ga Oka no Sori Daijin" (夕日が丘の総理大臣). She began her music career in 1994 with the duet "Ai ga Umareta Hi" (愛が生まれた日) alongside Ohuchi Yoshiaki (大内義昭).

In June 2003, Fujitani gained media attention for arriving at the Sakashita Gate of the Imperial Palace in a taxi, where she requested to meet Princess Nori, claiming familial ties. This incident resulted in her being placed on the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's counter-terrorism watchlist, with her movements monitored during imperial events.

Fujitani married director Okamura Shunichi (岡村俊一) in December 2005 and has been on hiatus from entertainment activities since 2006.
