He made his debut in November 2011 as part of AXIZ with their first single album, "Why Don't You Give It Up". Then, he re-debuted in April 2017 as part of THE HEAD with their album, "Hate Hipsters, Just Wanna Rock N' Roll". In December of that year, he became part of CARDEAN and released their first album, "Insomnia". The bands has either disabanded or he decided to leave.
Then, in 2019, he participated in the JTBC show "Super Band" and joined 4 other musicians during the team missions, forming the rock band PURPLE RAIN. They ended up in 3rd place overall. The band then signed with JTBC Studio after the show and released their debut single, "The King Must Die", in February 2020 with him as the bassist. However, by October of that year, JTBC announced that the members were returning to their original agencies as they had no more activities for them.
He joined fellow bandmate Yang Ji Wan and began promoting as sub-unit duo XINBEAT. They featured in songs by other artists and remained active until 2020, but it is assumed they disbanded when PURPLE RAIN did.
There is no information about his current status in the entertainment industry.
