- Nationality: Japanese
- Gender: Male
- Born: December 4, 1940

His father is German. Because Nihei liked movies, he aspired to be an actor in his third year of high school and entered the night club of Toho Entertainment School.
In 1960, he became Toho's 15th generation new face and debuted in 1961 as "Killer B" in "Blueprint of Murder" directed by Okamoto Kihachi. He specializes in comical roles and was active as an exclusive actor for Toho.
Since the latter half of the 1980s, his side business has been busy and his entertainment activities have been modest, but in the mid-1990s, with the rekindling of the Ultra Series boom, he began to appear in Tsuburaya Productions again.
Currently, he is a building owner, and his works are mostly related to Ultraman. Edit Biography
