Lee Gun Bae, known professionally as Lee Ha Neul, is a South Korean singer-songwriter and member of DJ DOC (디제이 디오씨). He dropped out of high school to pursue a career as a singer.

He made his debut in November 1994 as part of DJ DOC with their first studio album, "Sorrow of Superman".

Since the early 2010s, the group has only reunited sporadically but has not officially disbanded. He is represented by Funky Town (펑키타운) for his individual activities and by Show Globe Entertainment (쇼글로브 엔터테인먼트) for group activities.
