Yang Kei Han was a Taiwanese actress from Taipei, Taiwan, who graduated from Huagang Art School. She was a member of the "Hei Se Hui Mei Mei" group, formed by Blackie Chan.

Throughout her life, Yang struggled with asthma, heart disease, stomach problems, and depression, for which she required long-term medication.

After completing her education, she began appearing in television programs, starting with "I Love Hei Se Hui" in 2005.

In 2014, Yang attempted suicide using medication, but was rescued and underwent rehabilitation. On July 6, 2015, she took her life by hanging at her rental home after taking medication. She was discovered by her boyfriend, Chang Ting Hu, and rushed to the hospital, where she was later declared dead on July 18 at the age of 27.
