After graduating from Tokyo Metropolitan Chofu Minami High School (東京都立調布南高等学校), Hirose joined the Toei Action Club, initially aspiring to be a stuntman after his background as a gymnast. However, he shifted to acting and later became involved in voice acting, starting in the 1996 anime "Yuusha Shirei Dagwon" (勇者指令ダグオン). Additionally, he worked as an action director under his birth name, Hirose Kazuhisa.
From the early stages of his career, Hirose was interested in behind-the-scenes work, often staying on set after filming to learn about production. This interest eventually led him to take a break from acting in the 2000s. He went on to found and become the representative of the talent agency Office Current (オフィスカレント), where he also took on roles in management, camerawork, and teaching at a film school. He later retired from the entertainment industry and now works as a drone pilot with Tsu-Tech Inc (株式会社ツウテック).
