Yao Wei Tao (English name: Willy) is a Chinese singer-actor born in Pudong New District, Shanghai. He became a western chef at the age of 17 and had been an Italian chef in a five-star hotel in Shanghai. Owing to his love for singing and playing the guitar, he competed in the 2013 Shandong TV star development program "China Star Force" and finally won the top 12 in the National finals, thus officially entering the entertainment industry.
