His death echoed greatly, not only due to his young age and great popularity, but also rumors about the love triangle he was supposed to be in. The man is said to be meeting two actresses at the same time - Hiroko Omachi and Kikuko Hanaoka. Ultimately, the man and Omachi committed suicide. The woman was supposed to be pregnant with the actor's child and suffer from a severe lung disease. Also, a farewell letter addressed to Kikuko was found at Omachi's body, but its contents, were never released.
