In November 2021, she entered the MBC singing survival show "My Teenage Girl", where she finished in 2nd place and earned a spot in the show's project group. PocketDol Studio's subsidiary, M25 (엠이오), took responsibility for the group's management in South Korea, and Universal Music did the same in Japan.
She made her debut in May 2022 as CLASS:y's main rapper, lead dancer, vocalist and maknae with their first EP, "Y: Class Is Over". However, the members began appearing in other survival shows and the group did not have any new material in 2 years until their third EP, "Love XX" was released in November 2024.
