She made her debut in May 2017 as GIRLS' ALERT's lead rapper and vocalist with their first digital single, "Dreamgirls". In early 2018, Gyeoul left the group to focus on her studies, and she became the new leader.
Unfortunately, Roots Entertainment (뿌리엔터테인먼트) faced severe financial distress during the COVID-19 pandemic, and after the departure of 2 more members, the agency first opted to terminate the contracts of all the remaining ones (including her), only to change their minds 3 days later. The group did not disband but has not released any new material since early 2019. They had a YouTube show during the pandemic. However, they officially disbanded in mid-2023.
She was trained to become an actress before debuting as an idol, so she is focusing on building her acting career. She is represented by S&A Entertainment (S&A 엔터테인먼트).
