She first appeared on TV as a contestant on MNet's reality survival show "CAP-TEEN". After the show, she made her debut in August 2021 as part of POSHGIRLS with their first mini-album, "S.O.G: Songs of Goddess". The group was created by No.1 Media (넘버원 미디어; previously known as Zenith Media Contents) and was originally made up of 8 members (4 South Koreans and 4 Japanese).
However, 3 of the South Korean members (including her) abruptly left the group and the agency just 2 months after debuting and no official reason was ever provided.
She returned as a solo artist and made her debut in July 2023 with the digital single "Funky Night" under the stage name Chuurry. She is represented by Eighty6 (에이티6) and is supposed to re-debut as part of their new girl group, ARVVY (아르비), sometime in 2025. So far, they have been present in several festivals in Japan, but no official announcement of their debut date has been released.
