Gong Hoon is a South Korean trot singer. He came up with his stage name during high school when he became certain he wanted to be a singer. He was raised by his grandmother as his mother battled through illness for many years. He won awards at various music festivals but due to his family situation he felt he needed to study more instead of singing and almost gave up on his dream.

He debuted in 2020 with the digital single "Let's Live Cool" just after being discharged from his mandatory military service. He has participated in several trot competitions and is currently represented by SIMPLE ENTER.
