Cho Seok is a South Korean webtoonist. He graduated from Dongam High School and later was enrolled in the Comics program at Jeonju University but dropped out to become a serialized webtoon writer. He made his debut in 2006 with the Naver webtoon "The Sound of Your Heart" (마음의소리), which became his most representative work and earned him 3 consecutive Popularity Awards at the Korea Cartoon Awards from 2007 to 2009. He also won the Grand Award in 2017 and has produced many webtoons during his career.
