Lee Byung Hun, known professionally as Shin Seong Ha, is a South Korean singer, dancer, actor, model and former member of TEEN TOP (틴탑). He graduated from Korea Arts High School and later obtained a bachelor's degree in Theater from Daejin University. He always expressed interest in becoming an actor, but after auditioning, TOP Media (티오피미디어) insisted he needed to become an idol.

He made his debut in July 2010 (under the stage name L.Joe) as the group's lead rapper, vocalist and visual with their first single album, "Come Into The World". In February 2017, he filed for a nullification of his contract from TOP Media. He wanted to have more solo activities/promotions, but the agency restricted him, and he filed a lawsuit. He eventually left TEEN TOP a few weeks later.

He enlisted for his mandatory military service on March 29, 2021, and was discharged on September 28, 2022. After serving, he focused on his acting career using only his given name. He ended his contract with iHQ in November 2025 and, in January 2026, he began using the stage name Shin Seong Ha. He is currently not represented by any agency.
