The real events are terrible, but their fictional retelling here got sullied from the very beginning as soon as the killer went after innocent victims. Never do that in a story if you want to get sympathy from the audience.

She was ML's lover who was killed on the orders of some tropey corrupt cabal whom he's still trying to uncover to get revenge. She's the reason he quit his prosecutor job and became the one dollar lawyer.

That childhood amnesia shit made me roll my eyes so hard I think I saw my brain 🙄🤦‍♂️ Contrived, boring, tropey as hell. What's Wrong With Secretary Kim? and Cafe Minamdang are saying hello.

If you wanna see a similar plot about a killer and a lawful person bringing their justice to a group of people for past atrocities against lots of victims, but without any of this dumbassery, filler switcheroos and ridiculous bs - watch May It Please The Court. A much better legal/crime mystery drama.

I think the main villain is Min Huyk's father, he's a partner at Baek Law Firm. But that doesn't mean that grandpa is clean, he's a CEO after all.

They're gonna kill off ML just like the protagonist of that anime - he died in the final showdown with the villain trying to avenge his killed lover. The team will disband after that. The end.

Ok, I hope I'm wrong, but I'm calling it - they're going for Cowboy Bebop anime ending. That's why there are only 12 episodes and no hope for season 2. I just can't help but draw similarities between the team of main characters; the state of ML's mind; FL having the same haircut and same sassy attitude; why this show jumps from comedy to sad melancholy; etc.

Yea, for a short format rom-com, with many other things going on there, this drama somehow manages to pull off one of the most entertaining romances I've seen this year. It's better than many other, more romance specialized dramas.

The couple that was busted by CCTV were wearing different clothes. I think it was Cha Wa Wa and Sung Hyung Mi. They were also spotted by the main couple at the restaurant earlier.

Out 9 released episodes full 5 were pure comedy as well.
And that aside, the opinion was about the best airing drama regardless of genre. Feel free to disagree and mention your current favorite.

I think Kang Chae Ri re-edited that first episode on purpose to help FL get her shit together, not just raise the ratings. I don't think she's a bad person. Unscrupulous and bitchy? Yes. But there's something else there. Can't wait to see her backstory, I find her character the most interesting in this drama.

I dunno, maybe an unpopular opinion but I'm losing interest here.
A cringey unhinged villain being full of himself like a total cliche is my least favorite type.
And ridiculousness of the plot is becoming unbearable to watch. I don't even care about FL's father reveal as I already suspected something in that vein. Dunno why the villain keeps dragging her into this revenge drama, she's too nice to be killed like the rest of the culprits' relatives?

And since this drama again and again shows red herrings, fakes and contrived switcheroos I just can't trust anything. Since there are 3 more episodes I'm sure there's gonna be some other bs down the line, like a villain behind a villain or some shit.

Lol, I got bullied into oblivion for calling IYWUM boring as well 😂 Damn, some dramas have really crazy delulu fans. But I think it wasn't as bad as in EAW, I recall some guy there attacking every single post that had even the slightest critique.
