Idt chen yuqi would pick this one if she's actually called for it...the drama is produced by croton media like mirror twin cities and cyq and the drama in general received a lot of horrible backlash and really bad reviews in china for it last year lol (the novel had an 8 something score on douban and the drama 3 or 4 somethingðŸ˜)...now-cancelled lyf was also the ml in the show so everytime ppl want to talk abt this one and cyq they'd probably mention his name and how bad the last cang yue adaptation by croton media was so if I was her I wouldn't go near this drama lmao
