I didn't say I wanted the guy to pursue the girl. Maybe just maybe I prefer a normal romance with 2 mature and sane people coming to understanding and forming a friendship with e/o that leads to love, maybe I just want more unique dynamics that fit outside of all of these tired tropes and ao3 tags. And I don't have a problem with "girl chases boy first", I just don't like seeing female characters put their all into a guys then get humiliated over and over again. This trope can certainly be handled in much better ways than this. Hasn't fiction been plagued with women who get pushed aways by a cold guy whose bad behaviour gets excused by "trauma" since the dawn of time??? So what "difference" are you exactly talking about?? What is the difference between this story and the billion other ones that read exactly the same??? This is not exactly a very innovative and unique dynamic lol

If mdl users say a cdrama is "too slow" it means I need to put it on my watchlist bc the cdrama community on this website hates good storytelling that actually takes time to build up plot points and relationships and instead, hypes up crappy dramas that completely ignore human logic and just put nonessential plot twists and scenes that are clearly not thought through and just put in there for douyin edits in a rapid pace all over the drama.
