They do carry guns in this drama, just very rarely. I believe it was episode 18 when they were looking for Ding Jing at Li Ruonan's hide out. The police investigative crew all were carrying guns then.

I don't think it will air this week. South Korea is under a National Period of Mourning for a week because of the tragic plane crash there that killed 179 of the 181 people on board. They have stopped all currently airing drama broadcasts and almost all kpop related events during the period of mourning.

I'm so confused right now. I could have sworn that I saw that this series was on the iQiyi app in the US just last month, but now that I am ready to watch it, it has disappeared and I can't find it on any of the legal US streaming platforms (iQiyi, Tencent, GagaOolala, Viki, etc.) Somebody help me out. Did I just imagine that I saw it on the iQiyi app last month or did it get removed from the US version of the app? Is there anywhere that has it in the US to legally watch?

If you like BLs with a red flag male lead, then its not too bad. If you can't stand domineering, commitment phobic, but still overly possessive and controlling male leads, then skip it. Sometimes I really want to throw a glass paperweight at Elyes's head. Other times I want to give him a slightly less than gentle, but still exasperatedly affectionate pat on the head while gently calling him a poor love-struck idiot.

I suspect it will release sometime before the end of December, considering it was orginally marked for release during Q4 of 2024.

Hopefully, with Fangs of Fortune now finished airing, The White Olive Tree will be the next series to air 🤞🤞

Go Ahead is also another really good Cdrama. It was also remade into a Kdrama that is currently airing called Family by Choice.

I will believe a happy ending when I see it. Until then, I am not letting myself hope for a happy ending.

Hmmm, glad that I put this drama on hold at episode 23. After reading the comments, I am not even going to bother finishing it. I'm not putting myself through that.

Netflix sometimes uploads episodes a week or two behind the main airing channel/app. I have seen this a lot with Chinese dramas that are added to Netflix while they are still airing on their main channel/app, such as Tencent, iQiyi, or Youku.
