She did 🤧🤧🤧
That's the difference between Seo Yea-ji and Kim Sae Ron. Seo Yea-ji will most likely return to acting because of her agency. While Kim Sae Ron, it seems her agency gave up on her. Okay, both left their agency but Seo Yea-ji was lucky to be picked up by another agency. I might be wrong but weren't they both from Gold Medalist agency. If its true, I think they should work better on their crisis management. Because both mistakes were bad but not fatal enough to a point it ends their careers.

Like serious she even repented but that country it has good laws but people are toxic
If she had been in the industry longer like 20 years and with a competent agency, she would have gotten away with way worse. They're actors and actress who have been gotten away with worse maybe because of their connections or wealth. I just think Kim Sae Ron's agency didn't do a great job in handling the mess. If they had a better crisis management, I'm sure the situation could have gone differently.

WELL, how can that (drunk driving) take down a career?
Also, she's so young. I know she did something bad and I'm sure she learned from that mistake. She's only 24 years old, they should give her another chance.

The audacity. I want to punch him. I can't believe he hugs him and conforts him like he isn't the one behind his…
Its okay to make him suffer if its not one of your own. I guess that's the thinking most characters here had. Dude couldn't even be with his own real father in his last days leading to his death. How hard can you make someone suffer and even show up your face to them and claim you're cordial with them. Bo Yeong's Mom was basically an orphan. But Jeong Woo's Mum took her in and she basically was like a big sister or mom to her.
But for a decade they would make her suffer together with her husband. I honestly feel for her now that she has found out the truth. She is regretting how she mistreated her own savior. I can't really say its her fault, the police really messed up the investigation so she believed her son was the killer. But DAMN.

Title Summer Night
This series is really starting to do Star so dirty these last few episodes it feels like she exists to be Lune's…
To be fair the story is mostly about Lune. Its about his development from being a loner to making friends and learning how to be a better person in relationships. He is the focal point of the series. The others not just Star do not have that significant character development.
The reason they made Ivy more involved is to create a love line between her and White. Yeah, we don't see Star being confrontational or even voicing her own opinion. I completely agree, her character is poorly written.

Naw, you didn't have to attack her taste. We welcome different taste and preference. Some people may attack you for loving Kdramas, you wouldn't love it. So let's pass on the same kindness. She disagrees on someone you may find appealing, that's alright. We can only respect it.

it so sad how a fucking rapist can be an successful rich actor while the victim is suffering in so many ways,…
He did not admit he raped her. The judge concluded that there wasn't any evidence that he used force on her. If there was any evidence to show that then it would mean there was no consent. Also, he explain even from his statement that if his intention was to go to her house and rape her, that would have been risky move for him. If someone is a rapist, then they would choose a place that is secluded and where he would not get caught: “A celebrity is extremely careful when starting any sort of relationship with a civilian. Especially these days. Lee Jin Wook felt that A was trustworthy. While it was a short period of time, he thought they were connecting. That’s why he contacted her again. It was A’s house. What if she had domestic CCTV? Or if she had some cameras set up? If a woman says no, it’s impossible to push. Because he’s a public figure, he has no choice but to be more cautious. Because he knows it would be the end.”

I now feel bad for Lee Jin Wook. Were you there? Or are you acquainted to either sides? Why are you spreading…
I think I have answered that based in the comment above. If she did not consent, then she must have resisted using force. The evidence that would stand here is if there was signs of force or violence.

The judge meant verbally. There was no verbal consent. So that would mean she resisted if she did not consent for the sex. Hence, Lee Jin Wook must have used force or violence to overpower her. But the court could not prove any force was used against her.
Also, please note, those are not his actual statements. That is what the judge deduced after hearing his testimony.

Thank You for sharing those images. Now we have a starting point to debate.

I will share with you a break-down of what really happened: https://www.asianjunkie.com/2016/07/21/details-on-lee-jin-wooks-sexual-assault-case-leaked-and-his-side-comes-off-bad/

This link is especially good for non-koreans to understand the story. Make an opinion after reading that article. We can argue based on those facts. It also explains why the evidence stand or could not stand in the court.

Share links or articles to those photos and what not. Not getting consent qualifies as a rape. No in-between. So yeah you don't have to keep raising that argument again. There's no debate.

Okay, where did he admit? Maybe share a video, a recording or an article of his statement where he openly admits. If he admitted, he should be in jail now. No, in-between. Admitting is already evidence. So I don't know how you can be NOT GUILTY when you openly admitted.

Okay, where did he admit? A recording or an article saying that. I haven't read any saying he admitted. Matter of fact, I got one saying the opposite. Why are you so hell-bent in saying the accuser is a victim and Lee is a rapist? Okay, then share the details of the court document together with the articles and statements. Share that proof or evidence otherwise what you're spreading is some hearsay. Were you there? Man, I wish you never get accused for something you didn't do.
You got the order totally wrong. First, we establish he indeed is a rapist and then we condemn him. What you're saying is just based on what you think really is and have nothing to show for it.

My point exactly. Like how do you just take sides without really having your facts right? Being a rapist should not be condoned. Also, do not call someone that easily. It is not a simple crime. It is not a word you just throw around without being sure.

Naah, you seem not to get the point here. By saying innocent, I meant NOT GUILTY. That's just semantics. What evidence are you talking about his crimes? kindly share. Its good you know (understand) what evidence were presented before making an opinion. So your point basically is saying that the evidence against him could not proof that he was guilty.
Please, stop putting words negatively or in a way it doesn't favor one party. You don't say that the judge decided it was not violent or severe enough for him to be punished. What you should say is that there was no enough evidence against him.

As of right now, I haven't heard the truth from either you or the internet. Assuming he is actually innocent or NOT GUILTY, whichever you would put it. Would you not file a case for defamation? I mean making accusations to me, would it not ruin my life too? And in this case his career too. And where are you getting this? Where did he admit he had unconsented sex, please share a link or the article. None of the articles I read show that. Also, doesn't admitting to having sex without consent mean you're guilty? I mean right there is enough to get you charged or convicted. Yes, not consenting is definitely rape. I don't think anyone disagrees with that. So kindly share evidence or proof, whichever you would like showing that it was not consented sex.
