It’s said in episode 17 that it was Songrim that forbode the use of AOS and the restrictions can be overturned so I’m guessing if Uk overturned those rules with the help of Dangu or Park Jin . He wouldn’t be breaking any rules and his decision would not be classified as sorcery. 🤔
