Here’s the Thing I don’t actually think she’s responsible for all those things, when Bu-Yeon is Active Naksu has no idea and no memory of it, she didn’t stop the fight with Master Lee? In fact Uk saved the body by shielding her body with his and obviously that made Master Lee curious as he could see it’s a soul that disappeared when he went in the room so it sparked curiosity.( for me it doesn’t count as again It was U.K. that challenged master Lee as he was about to extract the energy from the body. Another thing is even if she destroys the ice stone she’d also have to destroy Jinyowon because getting more ice stone’s isn’t impossible. They actually don’t even need a Devine priestess for the rite as Jin Mu isn’t bothered about a Jinyowon priestess so it’s possible without one. This is not about shipping it’s about consistency in telling a story.

The Energy is in the soul. Because They’re making Buyeon do priestess stuff it’s activating her soul, if that keeps happening she wakes up and she’s in full operation and rejects Naksu.
Naksu’s Memories are coming in but she’s not embracing them quick enough, if she does then Her full Energy will kick in .
I think if Naksu manages to get full control then Buyeon won’t wake up. That’s my take on it.
