It's only for special cases though, the donor has to have some kind of disease that make them unable to keep their sight yet still have a fairly healthy cornea, that's why it's so rare. I don't think it'll be legally allowed when the donor has completely healthy eyes. And usually they can only get one cornea that way, while Day needs two. Idk if it's okay to only get one in that situation though, since I'm no medical practitioner. But actually I'd rather Aof kill someone if he really want to give eyes for Day, it'll be more realistic than someone around him suddenly contracts some kind of disease that make them fit to be a living donor, since like you said, it's so rare.

Like heart, cornea can only be donated when the donor dies, so I don't think it'll end with Mhok doing it since as far as I know GMM never end their series on tragic note even if it's forced. The possibility is bigger for Night if it really become like that. Although from the title I don't think it'll end that way, it's still possible that they fool us (*cough* Dangerous Romance *cough*).

Alright so Boston did end up alone like I've guessed and been wanting. Not that I hate him, just that I find him incapable of changing and even if he did, it's simply unrealistic for him to change in the span of period this series is running. I've been wondering whether he really loved Nick or he just wanted someone who loved him by his side, and although it still remains a question, one thing is certain: he still loved himself the most. At least he really did feel sorry and genuinely regretted losing his friends in the end, it's good enough a character development in such a short time.

And when we talk about character development, we can't skip Ray. He said he'd be okay with Sand not wanting to put up with him anymore, and he kept his word. He handled everything calmly without letting his emotions get the best of him, unlike before. He also talked about a future with Sand instead of death. As someone who rooted for his growth since day 1, I'm so proud of him.

Actually, I'm not really a fan of ep 11 so I didn't have much expectation for the finale, but the conclusion is surprisingly satisfying and I'm happy. The casts are superb, although I'm sorry to say that Force's acting didn't really resonate with me. But well, depite its flaws, this is still a wonderful series, one I'll remember for a long time and come back to again and again.

The matter about being friends, it's not like he told Boeing "hey, let's just be friends". He told Boeing that all he could be for him is a friend. By his tone I think what he meant by that is take it if you will, or leave him alone. It's him drawing the lines without being too offensive. I think he just want to settle things calmly without any drama, that's why he also told Ray to leave. Ray was emotionally unstable, and he was worried Ray might make things even worse. And he actually did by inviting Boeing to his house. Just my take on the situation though.

I think the reason Sand did that is because he was already suspicious over Boeing coming to the bar, so he wanted to get over it as soon as possible. With Ray present, Boeing would keep on egging him on like he did to Mew, so he wanted to talk to him alone. He knew what kind of person Boeing was, and he also knew Ray. As everyone knows, Ray was emotionally unstable, and Sand might be worried since no one knows what he'd do if he kept on getting provoked, he might explode again. It's not like he kept his meeting secret, he might be intending to tell Ray everything they talked about later like how he told him about Boeing's first visit. He stated clearly that the only thing he could give Boeing was friendship and drew the line. I don't think he was swayed by Boeing even once, seeing his expression was only tense and wary whenever he saw Boeing. It's just my take though, I might be wrong who knows.

Tbh I've already felt kinda disconnected to their stories since Boeing came along, first TopMew's and now SandRay's. Idk, it just feels forced and unnecessary, maybe since he has no essence other than someone the crew threw in to drag on the chaos. Imo they should've focused on their main characters, maybe dig deeper into Boston's and Top's backstories like they did Sand's and Ray's, instead of trying so hard to keep the high level toxicity until the end.

So next week is BostonNick's turn to become Boeing's prey lol. And finally Sand and Ray are boyfriends 🥳🥳 I really respect Sand telling Ray about Boeing coming to the bar, as I know many people would dismiss something like that as something not worth telling their partner when it really is. Like, you might've thought it's nothing and kept it to avoid unnecessary argument, but you won't know what your ex is thinking, and keeping it in will only plant seeds of insecurity in your partner. I thought I couldn't fall deeper into Sand yet here I am.

And finally (again), here comes BostonNick's lovey-dovey era! I was actually a bit disappointed, since I thought it'd be cute if Boston was at least slightly jealous over Nick kissing Atom. Still, it's sweet of him for saying he wanted to pour all his love onto Nick for the rest of his time in Thailand. And I kinda loved how Nick dissed Boston as he encouraged Atom, while at the same time also mocking himself for falling for the very person he was cursing lol.

Since I talked about the two couples, it'd be unfair if I don't talk about TopMew, but tbh I've totally lost interest in their story since Boeing came along. Actually, instead of their story, it's their characters that I've lost interest in. They disappointed me, and they haven't made up for it. Of course they're not obligated to since it's just me, but I'm not obligated to stay interested in them either.

I have to say that SandRay's story is the best written one among the couple. Why, because Sand and Ray are the only characters whose backstory is completely fleshed out and used to its fullest potential. Nick's family is totally ordinary and that's okay since not every family has complicated backstory. I'm fine with it, Mew's too. Boston's and Top's though, they totally wasted them. They just threw theirs in and did nothing with them so their stories feel shallow and have little to no impact. They should've dig into them instead of throwing Boeing in to mess with all the couples and creates unnecessary dramas. I kept on waiting and maybe they'll finally dig into it in the last episode, but I don't think one episode is enough to dig deeply into both of their stories. I wonder why, maybe because Sand and Ray are the only characters that were completely born from their imagination while they used real people as the reference for the rest? Well, who knows.

Eh? I just finished watching in eng sub though? 🤔
