Damn the visuals are no joke š Also nice to see that they put quite a bit of effort into the costumes (I'm a sucker for those pretty robes ugh). The plot seems to be interesting as well. In any case, I'm super happy that we're getting more uncensored danmei adaptions now!
no but this actually pissed me off cause the audacity of that woman?? this is the first time i've genuinely started…
I was so pissed off as well. They really tried to make it Kande's fault that he's not the prince charming they have imagined. As you said, even if he had been straight and single, if he doesn't want to date Sumire cause he's not feeling the vibe, then that's enough of a reason. If the roles had been reversed and a male coworker had confessed to Sumire and then one of his friends had tried to convince her to give in because "he's such a nice guy, just give him a chance" everyone would've grabbed their pitchforks and reported those two to HR. I'm hoping there will be some serious consequences, but I fear it's going to be another case of "we have to be considerate of their feelings bla bla" situation ugh... Anyway, at least Kanade was able to somewhat speak up to them, that's a start. Hope we won't see much of those two coworkers in the future
Does anyone know why iqiyi says this is from Taiwan then here says China? Iām just curious cuz everything I…
It's 100% because of the censorship in China. They have to pretend the series was produced in another country and can't release it within China, otherwise it would get censored or more likely, completely banned. They basically put a sticker over the whole thing that says "this series was definitely NOT created in China, censors please look away :)". It's a loophole that recent Chinese BLs are using to get their series published.
Does anyone know why they're using Seattle and Bellevue as background city skyline shots? It's absolutely killing…
Maybe because that way they can pretend it wasn't shot in China? I can imagine that because of the censorship they have to say the series was produced in another country
Can't wait for Mr S-Alpha to get his ass handed to him š¤ I do wonder though why Hua Yong is targeting him specifically. Maybe those two have some history? Anyway, for now I just love how they're turning the trope of the rich aloof guy vs the innocent poor cutie on it's head. Hua Yong is everything but innocent hehe
The old man yaoi I've been craving! Also the height difference is killing me, Suzume is so tiny omg How could you not love him and his armada of plushies? I am seated~
I really hope this one is going to be good, cause I'm a bit of a history nerd. But I'm also worried, it's going to be yet another GMM-typical series and they're just going to slap a vintage sepia filter on it... We shall see.
It's amazing how they keep accumulating debts... First the son is an idiot and gambles away a fortune. Then the dad turns a 500.000 Baht dept into 1.5 Million, because that's somehow better? Even though he could've simply given those gangsters one of his gold medals that's worth 500.000-600.000. Then dad reveals he also managed to get scammed out of his whole savings. Then they decide instead of selling everything valuable they own, they want to host a sports event instead, which will cost them like 3-4 Million... Yes, I know they got a sponsor, but something is bound to go wrong with that and who knows if that politician will want his money back + angry customers who will want a refund as well. Like... my children, please learn some basic financial skills and teach your elders about scams š Also teach your kids about gambling addiction omg
I feel really sorry for Than and Keen. They just want to be lovey-dovey and chill, but people around them keep fucking up...
I am confused. Is Jun related to any of them or? Even though hia is not seclusive to relatives, the subtitles…
Thai mentioned that Jun's father asked him to take care of Jun. They're not actual brothers (maybe they're something like cousins?). The only real sibling Jun seems to have is a sister.
I'm really amused about the fact that Sorn 'master of kisses and bi slut of the century' is falling for a boring kid who can't even kiss properly. What a loser. I love him (and Jun too! RIP his lips š)
the production quality does seem high. We love seeing proper investment in BL! It definitely improves the viewing…
Yes~ You can tell they used good camera equipment and those camera wagons and telescope arms that prevent the image from looking shaky. I think even if the plot turns out to be not it, the nice shots alone make it worth a watch
These boys are killing me! What a mess š I mean, I was also a queer mess as a teen, but hopefully not quite as bad as these four lol Love them all anyway! Looking forward to see if they can sort it out or if they'll end up in the messiest polycule the world has ever seen š
Nothing wrong with not wanting to have sex for whatever reason, but I don't really get why the girlfriend and boyfriend (?) are in a relationship with people who clearly have other needs than them. All four really need to talk this out, or they'll end up being miserable for the rest of their lives. Idk, maybe the couples are better off as friends/roommates? Or they can form a polycule with four people in it if they don't want to break up. I kind of have a feeling that Kaori and the other Kazuaki would get along quite well. Anything is better than the situation at hand. I just kind of hope it won't end up as a cheating plot, because that's shitty behavior as well (I'd understand it if Sei and Kazuaki just go for each other at some point, but yeah.... still shitty behavior).
My heart is full š„°
