It's 100% because of the censorship in China. They have to pretend the series was produced in another country and can't release it within China, otherwise it would get censored or more likely, completely banned. They basically put a sticker over the whole thing that says "this series was definitely NOT created in China, censors please look away :)". It's a loophole that recent Chinese BLs are using to get their series published.

The first episode was pretty good. I really love the drone nature shots and the general camera work is better than what we usually get in Thai BLs. Nothing wrong with not wanting to have sex for whatever reason, but I don't really get why the girlfriend and boyfriend (?) are in a relationship with people who clearly have other needs than them.
