I think is a yes, since this one was made a little bit differently from the manga. In the manga, Yuki bullied him, but only when their parents went outside, which let them don't have any clue to stop him from bullying Yutaka. While this one, their parents witness the bullying issue, but they don't strict enough with Yuki for that.

Also, this one was 10 episodes, if we make compare it with the manga, it was pretty long. so I think they have more than enough space to address the bullying issue

Actually, the terrible environment in here was only caused by Yuki. His parents truly do care about Yutaka, they even give him the education financial as equally as Yuki. Even Yutaka said that he was lucky to have been adopted by them. The only problem is they don't pay enough attention to Yutaka, which led to the bullying issue going so far that he don't want to come back home.

Welp, really painful to say, but J-Dramas enjoyers like us were just a small fraction, people are easy to be attracted by Korean, Chinese, or Thai dramas. So they won't get much benefit even if they do it, that's why they don't target overseas.

I think that was about how they make dramas, not all of them are easy to chew. So I think that they just select one that is really easy to watch for everyone and release it globally. And this show was perfectly for it.
