This is is easily THE best thing airing right now, hands down.
I love me some romance drama BUT it gets to a point where it's so Tiresome if every single thing the industry has to offer is the generic romance template but with a different flavor that we've seen a thousand times already. not that this one's unique but it's one of those niche formulas that we only get to see once or twice a year in the kdrama scene.
I really appreciate when a kdrama offers some breath of fresh air, especially stuff that are really well done like this one, from the overall production, camerawork, acting, direction, scenery, the vibe and atmosphere, they give you the FeelGood satisfaction and keep you really looking forward to the next episode!
I appreciate the script wring and every actor in this series so far, everyone's doin a phenomenal job portraying their character, be it good or evil or somewhere in between.
You summarized everything well. The guest panelist also explained the show well. Its like a dopamine. I do agree…
Thank you!! you are so right! I also understand the point of view of having someone like him who provides good content focusing on one girl, basically just like Jimin in Heart Pairing
OMG!! š I js finished the episode Im soooo healed! The level of maturity and communication both Woo Yeol and Yu Gyeong displayed this episode was so commendable! Also mad respect to Woo Yeol for making amends, drawing lines, being clear, taking accountability, expressing himself and more!! Okay WY I see u! ā¤ļø
This feels so much like heart pairing to me right now, slow start but peak from mid to endgame!! lets go baby, im here for it!
as of right WY and YG are peak television, finally a couple I can watch and be satisfied, their ship feels so complete now.
My 2nd fav couple is GY and SW but still feels like there's some type of barrier and awkwardness there but thats the charm of their type of interaction! I guess
The show is finally picking up and things are heading towards people trying to establish their couples.
But, there's always a but, I noticed something with whoever is responsible for casting the game changers, they always miss, like I literally can't think of a singular prior season where they did not cast a very passive game changer, even when they try to cook up they always just miss somehow.
I think Season 4 female game changer was probably the one and only exception? if I remember correctly she managed to snatch the male main character of that season? they need more people like that to spice things up, not just miss once or twice and just fade into the background.
imo if Wu yeol was the catfish this season, it woulda been chaos in dis bih, all couples wavering left n right, gotta give it to bro. you see how he managed to get to a certain level with 3 different girls, thats who you want as a game changer.
99.9% of GY x Blank shippers want her with SW so everybody is happy. and since episode 1 the vast majority want WY with YG its just that WY was exploring and YG was giving hints yeah but also passive so seeing them get to a point finally 8 episodes in is something.
omg Im already knowing the ending of the preview of the next episode is gonna piss me tf off wow, wth happened there š®āšØI genuinely hope it's just editing but aint no way bro went with both them, son im krine š
2 things I wanna say here: 1. This is hands down the best cdrama I have ever watched. 2. That changyu fight scene this episode (26) was so elite, from that amazing choreography to the camera angles and VFX as well as the SFX, all of them cooking a whole masterpiece of a fight scene that has to be the best so far in this drama, it lowkey made me ignore her drugging a whole marquis during a war which is 100% on him and shows us the consequences of him dragging that fake persona longer than it needed.
Today's episode had 2 of the worst instances I watched so far in this series.
1. Him still draggin this mysteriousmaxxing fake persona, despite everybody and their cousin in his surroundings telling him that it's enough, it's like the writers are trolling us with this, " yes we know but we still gon do it tehe " like bro what.
2. One of the most irresponsible and least intelligent things Changyu did throughout the entire series, freeing that dude like why... that goes beyond common sense, its not even about her lacking military knowledge, this is straight up stupid.. the other dude even warned her multiple times like what..
This is still the best cdrama I ever watched and I love it so much
Jae Jin & Joo Young are HANDS DOWN the best couple this season. 100 Million percent. And the healthiest too. no toxicity no bullshitting around, just mature healthy communication. I LOVE IT.
YES! More Jae Jin & Joo Young or Jae Jin & Ha Eun! and Hyun Jae at least trying to get Joo Young attention…
yeah I don't think there's any romantic attraction between the two, seeing how they both end up together in most games, they have some kinda friendship more so even tho day 1 she voted him cuz she thought the way he was strolling was funny
I'm really irritated with the lack of screen time that they have given for Joo Young and Jae Jin. As someone who…
YES! More Jae Jin & Joo Young or Jae Jin & Ha Eun! and Hyun Jae at least trying to get Joo Young attention even tho that seems to be goin nowhere.
Go Eun is another character I like the screentime of, her scenes fun too her lil background comments be funny to me, its the lil details. Thats where all the fun moments be at!
Mingee & Seungil as well as Heesun & Subeen seem like fun but the latter 2 males too focused on the main character, I guess.
Netflix once again failed to understand the demand from viewers on giving balanced screentime for all contestants.…
Can't emphasize this enough, nobody is arguing about her being the main focus per se but more so the amount focus being allocated to her, its getting to a point.
its becoming too much, we ain't even getting new drama from her atp its repeating cycles it got a lil boring, would love to see more of everybody else im ngl,
Im the type of person who's usually not against focused plotlines but this is too much, 90% of an episode is crazy, let's do 30% of her and 5% each of everybody else if they want her on so bad.
I can understand 2 or 3 participants not having screentime whatsoever cuz some are very passive/afk/awkward/not doin much, im ngl. But sidelining everybody else is crazy, there are too many other spicy personalities in the show.
Jae Jin is imho unarguably the best Male on the show by a HUGE landslide. and this keeps on provin itself to me…
One more thing I wanna add, shout out to the whole cast, they're the reason why this season is this good, their whole combination is what makes this season fire, including mina sue, I know she be bringing the drama n allat but producers, less screentime for her please, If you wanna keep her as the main highlight, sure, but 80% of the episode dedicated to her is crazy my heart š
Jae Jin is imho unarguably the best Male on the show by a HUGE landslide. and this keeps on provin itself to me with every new release.
He's funny, he's very mature, he's professional, he's proactive, he's handsome and well built, he treated every girl he was coupled with very respectfully, didn't make any of them feel uncomfortable, he's very emotionally intelligent and knows how to communicate with a female. š
Jae jin genuinely sweeps the whole male cast, even the green flag'ish ones like Hyeon woo who's too shy for anything, and Hyun Jae who's extremely awkward. both very good ppl just not built for datin shows content.
I might be overly glazin Jae jin but thats just how it is, every time he's on screen it's always a fun watch, even when he's bein smooth with the girlies he be straight cookin, bro game is crazy, the hosts themselves be sayin it every time, bro might needa hold some classes for the boys š
