Not a fan of the AI either, but Korea has been really obsessed with ai so not surprising it is here and other dramas now. With the English, I would not say it is random. The ML and his team live and work in america so speaking English to communicate makes sense.
I am just happy the 'American' characters speak English fluently, and I am impressed with Chae Jong Hyeop's English, It could be better since his character has been in America for a long time, but appreciate his effort.
Also, I am traumatized by the English in Love Next Door. Compared to the English there, this is much better
Y'all, I know we are all frustrated at the 2ML, and deservedly so; the character is annoying. BUT PLEASE send the hate towards the writer Jeon Yoo Ri and not the 2ML actor Park Seo Ham, he is just doing his job, and it is unfair to blame him for this trash
Actually enjoying the drama, but all the criticism is very fair and valid. These last two episodes from the writer seem like a student who forgot an essay was due a day before, so they rushed it.
I think nobody warned you because it's healing not depressing😀
Oooof, you did not understand the show at all, through the course of the show all the characters heal through overcoming their own internal issues and insecurities...
Also, you were surprised the grandma that was hospital ridden for years due to complications from a stroke was going to die?
It was pretty obvious the grandma was going to pass, but it seemed like she was ready to go now because she saw how all her girls finally found themselves. You all really forget that sometimes death is the celebration of life and that is how I viewed their grandmothers death
i love hosu but one thing I hate about these "nice" male leads is that they just never know when/how to set their…
He is nice for his own good but if you saw episode 6 he hung out with jiyun to help miji out of situations. There were moments where Miji was going to get exposed as Mirae, so Hosu just distracted her so she would not notice.
He also just told her straight up, "I like Miji" to her.
I don't know if it's because I'm watching dubbed dramas, but I'm losing interest, nothing interesting lately
This drama has a hook on me right now, but I know what you mean.
Not really a flashy and fast paced show but it tackles a lot of topics that adults go through such as depression, burn-out, and workplace bullying/politics. Also, think PBY is doing an exceptional job of playing Mi-Ji and Mi-Rae
It’s so funny and smart to name a culinary school as CIA. Are they trained to be intelligence as well 😂
The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is actually a real culinary school in a America and very prestigious. CIA is actually older than the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency lol.
So the writers husband runs a gym.... so usually when people in the gym, reveal why they go there or talk about…
You making it seem like her husband is a doctor sharing patients medical records….
Newsflash people in relationships talk about their days and what they did at work, also the common theme she was trying to say is that people go to the gym to feel or look healthier
I really do not hate Yeo Eun Nam, but I really do not understand her character and plotline.
Like her marriage is completely pointless, she supposedly did it for the shares but it gave her 0 influence or power and it really seems like there would be 0 difference if she did or did not marry that prosecutor.
I really feel like the only reason they (the writers) did this was to have that twist of betrayal in the first episode because other than that I see no value in what her action has done. TBH it just makes her character easier to hate

This has been a great year so far imo

No wonder his own GF is trying to find another man to spend time with
