I think about this drama from time to time because it could have been so good. The premise was exciting, and the bromance was great. This cast was stacked and all talented (except Hong Su Zu, sorry), and they got let down by terrible writers who did not know what they were doing. Let's not forget how they also failed to capitalize on the chemistry between Jae Wook and Hee Jin...
Wish I could have a time machine where we could have changed the story by removing the FL and just focusing on the bromance and them WORKING TOGETHER to take over the company.
They just decided to pile in all the tropes in the last 4 episodes. Perfect Crown did it too. lol. SO - let's…
You are really active in the comment section. You must be really passionate about this drama!!!
People get so thrown off when tropes are introduced, but the issue people have with it is that it is cliché and not well executed or dragged. One reason why people are praising this drama is that they are including these tropes and executing them very well.
I love the emotional maturity of the characters so much. Whenever they come to a misunderstanding I am glad they can acknowledge during those situations, that maybe they did “overreact” and were acting very emotional at the moment.
Many times in other dramas the characters commit to emotional state of anger or sadness due to the misunderstanding just for plots sake. But, in reality when you do an emotional action during the spur of the moment, you reflect on it and think more logically once you have calmed down.
Ooof, I cannot imagine the heartbreak for Seo Ri/Dan Shim when she found out the Grand Prince still loved her even after what she did. She lived with the idea that he hated her, and that it was deserved after what she did, but to know the prince still loved her even and was okay with what she did definitely added tenfold to that guilt she already held...
That slap to Se Gye after he said he was okay with her taking advantage of him was very personal to Dan Shim after what she found out. She also probably directed the slap towards him and the prince, too lol
I kinda agree with you. Because SeGye is ambitious and it would have been a good business move. HE wouldn't have…
I think that would be tough for Mun Do, hence why he is trying to use Seo Ri as a scandal to break them up now.
Mo Tae Hui actually reminds me a lot of Mun Do, with the fake nice person facade when in reality they are actually cold, ruthless killers. It seems she knows how to play the game and how he thinks, which would make it very difficult to do his scheming on Se Gye.
No I don't think so. Moon Lovers got the hate too a lot more and also it kinda flopped in korea (ofc it was a…
Those are not really the same PC's situation is more of a scandal rather than the drama being a flop. They have already started censoring this drama.
In fact, Gong Seungyeon’s segment in Yoo Quiz discussing her role in PC was cut because of the censoring which is a tragedy because she deserves so much recognition for her role
With all the controversy surrounding this drama, it seems like IU and Byeon Woo Seok will probably stop acknowledging this drama in the future, which seems pretty unfortunate
Unfortunately, this is just a standard in Korean culture. Celebrities often get work done because it gets pushed…
I was not referring to botox or any other procedure in particular. I am not educated enough on the topic to speculate what exact work celebrities have, nor is it really my business.
I am just talking more about the industry as a whole, and how it pushes celebrities to get work done when, in my opinion it really is not needed, they look perfectly fine
Really hope people don't take this the wrong way because I don't mean it in a hate way nor as it being a bad thing…
Unfortunately, this is just a standard in Korean culture. Celebrities often get work done because it gets pushed by their management/agency and even probably their own insecurity of being called "ugly" by fans.
It breaks my heart because all of these celebrities are beautiful and so talented. I wish they would know they look perfect the way they are and work is not needed.
Is it just me ? I'm loosing interest .😏 it's just 3 episodes now.But i think were this storyline is going,…
Feel like you are a little focused on the ending and not the journey. Is the story line easy and predictable, yes, but the execution and acting has been pretty flawless
The acting in this is just so high-level. I love how Heo Nam Jun's face just changes into subtle happiness the second Seo Ri is mentioned or around him.
The face changes in the meeting when they were going to choose the star. The mention of Ji Hyo (disgust) and Seo Ri (happiness) was hilarious
I disagree, if a situation like this ever occurred in real life people would blame the tv host/seller, company,…
Are you sure Jin Yi knows that Matthew created the lotion?
With the way he acted this episode and the cream I kind of doubt he told them and he is helping them out of his own guilt because he cannot forgive himself

In fact she is actually the real Seo Ri
Can’t help but think of the theory that maybe they are the same person.

Though I agree they probably would not be in love but they definitely would have been together because she matches all of his 'criteria'.
