I still remember when she wondered why seori's face looks so old in the mirror or something.. they had like 10…
Yeah, she did say something like that in the very beginning. I am not so sure about the age gap. I feel like a reincarnation plot is the only way to give justice to the real Shin Seori. We know so much about her, and she deserves a happy ending.
Why do I still feel like real Shin-seo-ri is a reincarnation of the dan shim? I don't know if I am remembering it wrong, but her grandmother kind of said something like her going through a similar phase before. And it is also unclear if Shin Seori has the same face as all the adjacent characters in the past life. I prefer it to be something along those lines rather than a time slip.
The first half of the show and the second half of the show felt like two different dramas. The first was a truly…
I completely agree with you. What I liked so much about the drama when I started watching was the comedic element, and I did miss it towards the end. However, it was still a whole-hearted ending, and I very much liked the character development of Joo In-na. I am so grateful that the drama did not drag all of the company drama and love triangle stuff. In almost all of the recent rom-coms I've watched, the last episodes were an obvious skip due to all the predictable plots about company politics.
I've been waiting so long for a drama like this, with a perfect balance of comedy, romance and everything in between. There are lots of character dynamics to explore, hope it gets me out of my kdrama slump!
It amazes me every time how Hyeyoon moulds into the characters. Also, the storyline has lots of potential, too. I think I've learnt my lesson and will keep my expectations low. But so excited to see the rest of the story!
are people in the comments okay? 😅 like were you born to hate or...? "ugh, now it's boring." "they…
I am not hating the drama; the beginning was too good to hate it. But it has gotten boring to me, it's taking the same trajectory as all the recent failed romcoms, they forget the theme and it is all company drama, I get that is important too, but if that is the case, make it 16 episodes. And the lead couple still has chemistry, but their scenes feel rushed and inserted at random moments. Again this is just my opinion, but compared to most other romcoms this year, the drama is still good.
for me there shouldn't be 2nd couple after 2ML had feelings by episode 12 for FL they should just leave open like…
Yeah, but if there are 3 more episodes left, I think they will rush it. Today's episode, when he lied to Darim that he was joking about the confession, I think it means that they will show that he will start subtly liking Hayoung. His character has no substance, and we don't even know he started liking Darim or how he acted when Darim had that terrible ex. His character is like artificially inserted to fill up the love triangle blank.
I loved Hayoung and her friendship with Darim, but I don't see how second lead couple can be a thing and I am very disappointed with the company drama; they always have to insert unnecessary plot points. When there is a lot more conflict to be dealt with, framing Darim was not needed. The drama has gotten a bit boring to me, and I skipped a lot this time.
This was one romance where the love triangle was extra unnecessary. There was already enough coming between them.…
Yes, they should've given time for the second love line to grow. Even if they wanted the 2nd ML to have feelings for FL, they should've ended that a long time ago. And every time the 2nd ML shows love and concern for the FL, it feels weird and forced for some reason. I feel bad for the 2nd FL, she is a great character and has so much potential.
I want them to reconcile quickly and put an end to that love triangle nonsense. I love the chemistry, and ML is nailing all romance and comedy scenes. But I really can't see the second lead couple progressing into something. I don't understand the sudden hate towards the drama and the FL. Despite its imperfections, I think it is still a pretty good romcom. (especially compared to the recent ones)
second male lead is so punchable omg Ruining this whole drama..Sfl deserves better..It will be so eww if she ends…
They could've just kept him as a caring best friend (what he seemed at the beginning), and now he is a mindless, selfish asshole who wants Darim. On top of that, he is a single father so it is very unrealistic to think that he would be that immature. I was very much looking forward to the second lead couple before, but his character arch just went down the drain
I think it is high time that they get rid of the love triangle plot. They should've just stuck to keeping the comedy, rather than inserting a very unnecessary chemistry-lacking one-sided crush of the second lead, it is very awkward and ruins the whole vibe of the drama, not to mention half of the drama is already done.
