It was almost there....then writers had to ruin it. I guess it was so they could do a travel back in time without actually traveling back in time and therefore pass censorship. Still hated that ending Im pretending the last 5 min never happened. Also they did SML dirty!

I think the sadistic emperor was the transmigrated one. He was like FL lead knew half the story and was trying to punish ml without knowing all the facts. Or in the preview ML asks FL how shes sure it isn't the modern world that is fake.

I think it's FL, her sister, script writer, the doctor also the king, the little boy extra and ml but I think they came in at different points

Honestly she doesn't even have that much knowledge herself she has key scenes, if you noticed she keeps referring to the key scenes and she only read like part of the script she didn't read the whole thing so she doesn't know what is driving NH she just knows those key scenes and that's it she's basing herself off of that.

She isnt forgiving at all in the kdrama but she does seem to get over the hurt way to quick. while here you feel it with her. how tragic her life really was

He comes back after her, idk if thats the case here it seems he came back at the same time. In the kdrama he helps her as soon as he comes back, first by sending his sister to be her friend and then other ways. He also wants her to be happy even if he isnt involved but the whole time wishing he will be lol

i love and hate the fl, like girl chill with the telling everyone and his uncle you plan to assassinate the 7th prince. Then again love how she didn't just all of a sudden fall for ML lead seeing beyond the surface to his true self...but it needs to start sometime soon because its starting to get annoying. I mean shes basing her self on the original script even though shes already experienced the script changing.

Just fyi the plot is supposed to be stupid because in a way its poking fun at existing cdramas and their plots

Novel reader here, so in the novel they don't stage the death but they do stage the imprisonment and that's how they catch the Empress Dowgers. I hope that's what's going on here. Also, at least in the novel, the emperor is not a villain he and our ML are loyal to each other, never doubting each other because of their shared past and how emperor became emperor.

I get that but she knows her dad didn't trust her godparents but trusted ML. Also yes the Su family hold a bunch of power, they are the Empress Dowgers family, which oppose the Emperor.

It serves as symbolism like he will never be whole as long as he's away from his homeland. Also his pinky finger was symbolism for the pro.ise he was making
