WASNT THE BEST BUT I LOVED IT

I didn't have major high hopes for this drama as the “supernatural” aspect kinda put me off, but thankfully after watching the show it was more of a “who dun it” than an actual curse on the school.

TW in the series: Suicide, depression, very mild violence.

First of all i wanna say this isn't the best bl I've ever seen, but i really did enjoy it and its definitely in my top 5. Mainly because of FirstKhao’s acting and chemistry.

What i liked:
For me the best thing that came out this serious was firstkhao, but especially khaotung. His acting is honestly amazing and he really takes his characters seriously, every emotional scene with him felt so real and made me shed a tear from how believable his emotions were. But even when ayan is happy or messing around khao did so good portraying that. First also really impressed me. I really hope to see them in more series together since their chemistry is unmatched.
It gave me an enemies to lovers vibe which im a sucker for so i really enjoyed seeing ayan and akk grow closer and more comfortable with each other as the series went on.
Although its extremely sad, i really liked the storyline of teacher dika’s (ayans uncle) s*icide. I liked that it gave it a bit of a darker side to the series other than the whole “curse” bs. It added to the mystery aspect and did a good job of making me wonder why he really did it. And the plot twist at the end genuinely had me shook, it may have been obvious but i wasn't expecting it at all.
Akk coming out to his parents was beautiful, a lot of dramas I’ve seen tend to ignore the fact that coming out to parents can be really hard and scary so I'm really glad they included that. Also loved Akks parents for being so sweet and supportive.
I really enjoyed the ost, i didn't realise khaotung sang the song that payed after the scene akk was comforting ayan after his nightmare, it made the scene really beautiful and khaotung’ voice is lovely.

What i didn't like:
Unfortunately the supporting characters were a little forgettable as the series went on, although i did really enjoy Wats character. The second couple just didn't really do it for me so i did skip some of their scenes.
I get that at the beginning Ayan was acting a little sus, but Akk was treating him like he was a convicted criminal. It just felt quite forced.
The background music was so unserious at points it literally made me laugh, but it got better as the episodes went on.
I feel like Ayans trauma was kind of overlooked, they did a good job showing how his uncle death effected him with his nightmares and anxiety attacks, as well as him being on medication. Although i think they could've dove deeper into how bad his mental health really was, the scene with him and his mum broke my heart when she asked him not to leave her like his uncle, you could see the hesitation before Ayan reassured her that he wont.

Overall, though this series isnt perfect, it really is worth a watch and i will be rewatching it eventually.
