***Warning*** A very important film but difficult to watch
Warning, a very important film but difficult to watch, there is no romance or even love in the film. The film is saturated with domestic violence, and my personal sexual assault was difficult to watch (and I have seen violent films) There is a sick obsession with fear and submission in the film. Battered woman syndrome, this is a sharp criticism of the society we live in and it is in every country in the world, we see abuse and ignore it, it touches on the issue of transparent people. The casting was perfect as was the acting of all the actors, they did an excellent job of conveying the message, I do not envy them how they were able to play these scenes.Not doing spoilers just warning those who are going to watch the film there is domestic violence, nudity and sex (forced) and abuse.

quality drama.♥
I admit the first episode was too slow, then it gets better mainly because of the storylines, (it remains slow and calm,) This is not a classic drama that has intrigue, evil, corruption, or a love triangle. This is a drama about pure friendship (it is more love between friends and love for the profession, than a romance, (the romance is a very minor detail in the drama). I loved the dynamics of the whole group, and the way in which all five characters develop during the work processes and reach insights that cause them to change their perception of life and their essence as lawyers. They influence each other in a positive and constructive way. Their friendship does not depend on anything, a mature drama from life . Great acting and casting, great soundtrack (it's just a shame that it is only played at the end of each episode..don't skip) In each episode a different case discussed in court, (cases from life)I really enjoyed it.
I suppose that if I had read the reviews that negatively slander the drama Before I started watching it, I would have missed out on a quality drama.

What a great and heartwarming drama, great casting by the entire cast, I enjoyed watching it.A drama that has support and comfort, love and friendship, dreams and concessions and aspirations, simple stories of everyday life both in the world of glamor and in life in general.
Great soundtrack and spectacular views of the island.
And ji chang Wook who melts hearts with his looks in his eyes., great chemistry between the entire cast during the filming and in the plot. Recommended and heartwarming drama.

I love fantasy/romantic dramas and indeed I have seen a lot of them, according to the content of the drama I thought I would watch something like the drama w two worlds with the actor Lee Jong Suk, which was great, arranged chronologically and easy to understand the plot and the gradually developing scenarios, in this drama Extraordinary You I read conflicting reviews and stood out whether to see it, the decision to see it in the end was also because of the excellent cast like ro woon and... Lee Jee Wook and also because of curiosity, the drama turned out to be one big disappointment, that even at a certain point I wanted to stop watching it but I still gave it a chance and together with I already wanted you to get to the end.The talented cast has to say, did a good job and amazing acting, they managed to convey their turbulent emotions in a professional manner. My problem was in the confused content, and very unclear, the plot line is so messed up that I felt like I was losing myself, there were many chapters where I felt that the plot was not progressing anywhere, and the chapters felt unnecessary, there were many open questions left at the end of the plot, even though the drama apparently ends with a happy ending, There are still unanswered questions, like How did this manga world happen? Who is the writer? Why were two comics written and if the writer (the unknown) wanted to change the historical plot why did he repeat the same story ? How did Kyung's brother become self-aware and what is his role? Will all the characters be stuck in this loophole forever? What is the strange portal? Why is the comic book stored in a library where everyone can easily find it?

I am addicted to Korean dramas/movies, whether they are romantic/action/fantasy/history.Usually I just rate them but don't write a comment, this time I feel the need to write that even though it is a fantasy, this drama managed to activate the whole range of emotions in me, the drama is made in a sophisticated way, the music is great, and the actors are talented... so many messages about the value of life . I enjoyed every episode that brought a new story about the challenges we encounter in life.
The drama is worth watching both because of the content and because of the actors and the music

An exciting series that touched every fiber of my soul, but at the same time so that you know what awaits you, I must mention that there is a lot of silence, deep sighs, serious faces and everything is so slow. Still, what is there in this series that despite all these I really liked and was able to watch without skipping ahead? More than that, I couldn't stop watching... sorrow, betrayal, revenge, friendship, loyalty alongside compassion and forgiveness, family and love, a great and touching soundtrack and one happy smile. The worst drama I've ever seen!!
The truth is I don't know where to start, I was waiting for this drama because the plot seemed promising, the idea of unification between South Korea and North Korea. And I've already seen some good series on the subject (Crash Landing, Two Hearts, and more). I also got to see quite a few dramas with the main actors Kim Min Seok (at least 6 of his dramas) and Nam Gyu Ri (at least 5 dramas), both very good actors.I have seen over 300 Korean dramas/movies, better and less good, (there were always messages in the dramas, or touches on important issues such as diseases, the relationship between parents and children, the relationship between North and South Korea intertwined with love stories, difficulty in studies, drug smuggling, families Bull, corruption, the lives of celebrities, a story about the poor and the rich, life in the village versus life in the city..and more..) But this is the first time I got so upset, every episode I saw I thought the drama would get better, but in practice until the end it didn't happen, instead it became more Bad (I saw all 12 episodes).
So what went wrong in this drama:
Bad acting, bad direction, bad production, stupid dialogues, and unrelated subplots, (why did they include the story of the couple who had twins, or the man who was waiting for his lover "Natasha" - what exactly was their role - for me it was to inflate the The plot and nothing more . And what's the point l with speaking English in a drama (what! what! what was that, so stupid and irrelevant and not even funny)
I must point out that in almost every drama I activate a range of emotions, laughter crying empathy/sympathy, heartbreak, joy, but, in this drama rI couldn't get any emotion in this drama except ange
Soundtrack - was boring and casual

i love this drama
A great drama, funny, witty, but at the same time it has a degree of seriousness (it's about a marriage of convenience, revenge, murder, and control). The historical/modern production reminds a bit of a reality show (a break between the scenes and the actors looking directly at the camera, something more like a drama, "Lovestruck in the City"). A plot that has female empowerment, love, friendship, strict rules that were accepted at that time and you can say unconditional love. The characters develop gradually. Especially the character of Shim Jung Woo who plays rowoom in a wonderful way, rowoon succeeds with his wonderful acting and his facial expressions (mimicry) to transfer the character in a wonderful way, (from a person who reluctantly submits to strict rules to a sensitive, loving and uncompromising person) as well as Cho Yi Hyun who plays Jung Sun Deok and the rest of the actors who did a wonderful job...a drama that I personally recommend.Was this review helpful to you?
what a great movie
I just finished the movie, what a great movie, what perfect casting, and what a great performance by a girl who is only 16 years old (but with a resume of acting from the age of 6-7), a movie that combines laughter and sadness in one package (yes, I cried), a movie that touches on a wide range of emotions, great relationships and great communication (keyword) of a family, whether it is between a father (uncle) and a daughter or whether it is between a grandmother and a granddaughter or a son-in-law or between friends, it is hard not to compare it to the Corona pandemic, or to the series "Happiness" (Park Hyung-shik). Realistic drama for me!!
The truth is, I don't know where to start. I put off watching the series for almost a year (a priority from the endless list). Since I finished a sad series, I was looking for something funny and romantic. So I went for it, and I got a punch in the Stomach . The series is very far from being a comedy. It does have some comical situations, as befits Korean series, but it is far from being a comedy. Even based on the content, I didn't know I was going to watch something that would personally open a scar of almost two decades. As far as I was concerned, the drama was completely realistic. The plot is not foreign to me, it is exactly the reality that I had (although I didn't give up on my career), but the rest of the plot (betrayal, a double family, the desire to keep my cool, the desire not to hurt children, to keep my cool in the workplace (when you all work together), to know last about things that everyone knows - there is a saying that "the woman knows last" - and unfortunately, it is so true) gave me A punch to the Stomach , even the dialogues between the characters were not foreign to me.. I cried, not laughed, in the few comments I read, there are comments that criticize the behavior of the woman - (the legal wife) in my opinion she was very strong and smart, and some criticize the end of the series, the end is completely realistic and expected..The soundtrack was wonderful as well as the casting of all the characters. And one more thing - apparently saying that she was funny is a function of age and experience.
Rewatching, I will not watch the series again - not because it is not good, but because it hurt me and touched on my personal sensitive points.

Wasted potential
I waited a long time for this drama, it was on my waiting list until all the episodes came out, the plot concept is very promising (it is not fictional at all that there will be a village/community that still lives according to the ancient tradition, it exists in the United States (Philadelphia) in the "Hamish" community, a closed community, (New and advanced world vs old world), theft of historical treasures, love story, ambitions and people's struggle to achieve ambitions, and above all I admit that I love ML Kim Myung Soo, but... (big but) something didn't flow, although the characters are developing Throughout the plot as expected from a quality drama, but at the same time it must be noted that there was no chemistry between the leads (it's a shame to waste potential and maybe because the main actress is married?? Who knows?).The episodes continued without justification and the criminal could easily be identified (no continuity of tension or plot was maintained) the acting of the entire cast was also very childish, including the adult characters, (low level acting). All in all, I was quite disappointed with the drama and the lack of utilization of the potential of the actors as well as the plot.
The soundtrack was quite good and pleasant to the ear
I can't recommend or not and there might be an audience that would enjoy watching it.
I enjoyed it but there was a point where I wanted the drama to end already.
