could anyone with a psych degree please enlighten me on the diagnosis and why it is bipolar? im going through the symptoms of the disorder and it just doesn't really fit. my limited knowledge of the condition also comes from the representation of the condition on two other gay characters (in shameless and skam. if yk yk), and its just not it.
on another note, i feel like there is a considerable amount of ethical guidelines that were violated by this psychiatrist and also many ethical concerns. no psychiatrists are allowed to share their patients' information to anyone, unless in specific special cases. the entire of last episode and its presentation of this clinical disorder and psychiatrist environment is just so wrong in many ways for me.
They wouldn't be the first to do it unfortunately.
honestly i would assume it as something from the last decade. unlucky the series cause this was my first witness of that kind of script, so i have direct frustration to it now.
what do you mean someone tried to save your life by doing cpr and then you got concerned that you have been "kissed"? i blame whoever wrote that script for this. it is just really uneducative.
Is this series good? I've been intrigued and like the plot but the rating is kinda low. Is it worth it? I don't…
im pretty sure everything falls back to personal taste, but personally im highly intrigued by this series! i really dont get the low rating. i had a great time watching it and im so looking forward to the next eps. mind you i love mystery/psych genre in general so perhaps its a bias to begin with. but i believe its worth a try for sure!
