A Beautiful Step Back in Time
From episode one, watching Memoir of Rati felt like stepping into a beautiful old dream. š I love period dramas, no phones, no rush, just peaceful, quiet moments. The early 1900s setting is absolutely stunning, every outfit, every little detail feels authentic. š°ļøš§µ Itās clear so much care went into bringing this world to life.My two handsome princes, GreatInn are back, and AouBoom are just as charming as ever. šš« Twelve weeks of this story ahead, Iām ready for every second. ššŗ
I was honestly shocked by Thee and Ratiās relationship. I expected rejection from the mother, especially given that same-sex relationships were illegal in 1915 CE. Instead, she embraced them with warmth and understanding. That scene genuinely moved me. What an incredible mother, so open-hearted and ahead of her time.
The cast is stunning, the scenery gorgeous. Itās not a perfect series, some episodes are a bit slow, the plot simple, and nothing extraordinary happens at times. But overall, itās a beautifully crafted BL thatās well worth watching.
Here is a poem I wrote about the second couple
What is wrong with Dechās father?
Each time he appears, my heart sinks.
He belittles Rati in the classroom,
humiliating him with every word.
He scorns Ratiās mother for being a kitchen maid,
as if honest work were a sin.
And now, he goes further still,
ordering men to strike Mek,
stripping him of his dignity,
leaving him jobless and broken,
all because he is poor,
all because he dared to stand beside his son.
Yet even through this cruelty, love flickers.
Mek loves Dech. Dech loves Mek.
Two hearts that beat in silence,
but cannot meet in the open.
Mek cannot accept Dechās open heart,
for the world has made him believe
that he is worthless,
that his love is forbidden,
that a fatherās pride is stronger than their bond.
What could be more tragic?
And then the bridgeā¦
that bridge destroyed me.
It was no longer just wood and rope.
It was the space between them,
a fragile line stretched across despair.
Dech reached forward with trembling hope,
Mek stepped back with silent pain.
He pushed away the only light he had,
not because he did not love,
but because he was taught he did not deserve love.
In that moment,
the river carried away more than reflections.
It carried away their hope,
their chance,
their tomorrow.
Dechās father is the cruelest villain of all.
His arrogance poisons everything it touches.
And I pray, I beg, that karma finds him,
because people like him
turn love into tragedy,
and watching it unfold
brings tears I cannot hold back.

The Colorful Uniforms Add So Much Fun and Vibe to the Drama!
I seriously hate Mondaysāwork is always a drag. š© But Boys in Love? Itās my Monday night savior for the last 12 weeks! š Watching it after a long day with dinner just makes everything feel so much better. š„° Shane, Kit, Kim, and Mon are ALL too cute and lovableāhonestly, I canāt pick a favorite! š They bring so much energy and sweetness to the show.Iāve got to mention the uniform situationāthank GOD itās not the typical Thai white school uniforms we always see in high school/uni BLs! š The no-school-uniform policy adds such a fresh and fun vibe, which I really appreciated. It gives the characters so much more personality! š
The best part? No third-wheel drama, no annoying girl characters, and NO toxic mess! š āāļø The plot is simple but totally fun, and I found it so easy to just sit back and enjoy. Itās the ultimate feel-good BL! š¤©
The acting is top-tier, the chemistry is fire, and the music just hits every right note! š¶ Honestly, one of the best high school BLs Iāve watched. Iām so glad I found this gem, itās the perfect way to make my Mondays brighter! š

Amazing from start to finished
I have watched over 100 BL series, primarily from Thailand, Korea, and Taiwan. This is my second Japanese BL, and I would highly recommend it.While the production qualityāsuch as the graphics, color, and cinematographyāmay not be as high as that of Korean dramas, I thoroughly enjoyed this series. I binge-watched all 11 episodes in one sitting. The chemistry between the two male leads was captivating, evolving from friendship to a deeper connection, progressing to their first kiss, and ultimately culminating in them falling in love with each other. I felt a sense of relief when Haruki's father passed away, as he was portrayed as an abusive alcoholic. It was difficult to believe that Japanese law does not provide more protection for children in such situations. Had this been in Australia, Haruki would have received extensive support, including free accommodation, food, and a safe home. I am, however, grateful that Jin was there to support him.
My only criticism is that it seems unrealistic that, after loving each other and being separated for over five years, they could not contact each other through platforms like Instagram or Facebook. While Jin lost his phone in America, in reality, they could easily have reached out to one another if they truly wanted to.
Overall, I would rate this drama 9 out of 10. I appreciated how each episode beautifully developed their relationship, from high school to adulthood, allowing us to see their love grow with each passing moment. My favorite part was the ending, where Haruki mentions that, although Japan does not have legal gay marriage, he will always be there for Jin. This was a deeply realistic and emotional sentiment, and I could see myself in Haruki's position one day.
I look forward to watching more Japanese BL series in the future.

Love of Silom Delivers Everything I Wanted and More
This series came in strong and instantly set the bar high. After two years, seeing Poom and Up reunite feels like a full circle moment, and they return with something that feels fresh, grounded, and genuinely engaging. From the very first episodes, the show pulls you into its world with a sense of realism that makes the story feel alive rather than overly polished or artificial. What stands out most is how natural everything feels. The setting, the struggles, and the emotions all come across as believable without trying too hard. There is a perfect balance between intensity and lighter moments, with just enough action and tension to keep things exciting while still allowing space for warmth and character growth. Nothing feels forced or cringey, which is honestly rare.
What I especially love is how well the series balances its many different elements. It moves effortlessly between police investigations, fight scenes, criminal cases, the bar setting, hosting, male stripping, and family life without ever feeling cluttered or losing focus. Every aspect serves a purpose and adds something meaningful to the story. The family moments are especially memorable, with Singto easily becoming one of the highlights of the series. Watching Wayu as a devoted dad and Krit embrace his role as Papa brings so much heart and warmth to the show. Their little family is incredibly sweet, and those moments provide the perfect emotional balance to the more intense parts of the story.
Poom brings a quiet strength to Wayu that makes him incredibly easy to root for. You can feel his determination and emotional depth without it being overplayed. Up, on the other hand, nails the guarded and distant nature of Krit while still letting subtle vulnerability slip through. Watching that emotional wall slowly shift is one of the most satisfying parts of the show.
And the chemistry is undeniable. It is not just about big dramatic moments but also the small, intimate details that make their connection feel real. A glance, a smile, a simple gesture carries so much weight. Those s ofter scenes are what truly make the relationship shine and pull you in emotionally.
What makes this series special is how it respects its characters. There is no unnecessary judgment or exaggerated conflict just for drama. Instead, it focuses on connection, growth, and the quiet ways people change each otherās lives.
This is easily one of the strongest Thai BLs this year. It is heartfelt, engaging, and beautifully acted, with a story that already feels meaningful

A Captivating Parallel World Romance
Another great officer romance from Japan, but this one hits on a completely different level. The darker cinematography instantly sets it apart from the usual light Japanese BLs, giving the story a moodier, more mature tone that I absolutely loved. I am obsessed with height-difference dynamics and Ogami and Kano being noticeably taller than average had me hooked from the very beginning. The story is intriguing, emotional, and layered in a way that pulls you in effortlessly. Both actors deliver incredible performances, capturing that mix of vulnerability, admiration, and unresolved tension perfectly. Their chemistry simmers quietly beneath every interaction, and I cannot wait to see how their feelings slowly transform into something deeper and undeniable. I am fully hooked already and what a fantastic series.

An Emotional Second Chance at Love with Kids at the Heart
What an emotional and beautifully crafted story. Reloved takes the familiar ex to lovers trope and makes it feel deeper, heavier, and far more heartfelt than expected. From the moment the children enter the narrative, everything changes. There is something profoundly healing about watching two broken hearts drawn back into each otherās lives because they are once again connected through their kids, one being a niece and the other a son attending the same school.Nene and Marvin completely stole my heart. They are adorable, warm, and full of innocence, bringing a softness to the story that makes every interaction between Than and Akin ache just a little more. Their presence does not ease the pain, it sharpens it, constantly reminding us of what was lost and what might still be possible.
The emotional weight between Than and Akin is present throughout the entire series and never once fades. Than feels like someone barely holding himself together, trapped in a love he never truly released. Akinās decision to leave is layered and devastating, and when the truth finally unfolds, it hurts in exactly the way it should. Their quiet glances, hesitation, resentment, and longing feel painfully real, like emotions buried for years but never healed.
Peter and Golf delivered performances that genuinely impressed me. They carry the sadness of the past and the exhaustion of the present with remarkable maturity. The university flashbacks are warm and nostalgic, almost painfully so, especially when placed beside the emotional distance between them in the present. That contrast makes every reconciliation attempt and setback feel heavier. The early NC scene was raw and intimate, grounded in realism rather than shock value, and the attention to safe sex felt thoughtful and responsible.
The music consistently lands on the right emotional beats, and the cinematography maintains a warm yet melancholic glow that perfectly suits the story. The concept of two men raising children while confronting unresolved love and long standing wounds feels refreshingly mature for a Thai BL. The title Reloved becomes increasingly symbolic as the story unfolds, perfectly capturing the idea of love being rebuilt from something once broken.
I also loved the second couple. Their relationship moves fast, yet it never feels shallow. The chemistry is intense, the NC scenes are intimate and believable, and moments like the window scene and the bathroom scene were executed exceptionally well, adding depth rather than distraction.
By the end, Reloved delivers a deeply emotional and satisfying journey about forgiveness, growth, and choosing love again despite the pain. It is heartfelt, emotionally grounded, and unforgettable. This story hurt, healed, and lingered long after the final episode, and I loved every moment of it.

Gorgeous Cast, Little Bite
My Secret Vampire is light, fun, and easy to watch, but the title may set expectations the show doesnāt fully deliver on. For a story that promises supernatural allure, there is surprisingly little actual vampire action. The lack of bite (pun intended) and suspense left me wishing for more tension and depth. That said, the real charm of the series lies in its cast. All five leads are undeniably gorgeous, and their chemistry shines throughout. The cozy housemate dynamics feel warm and inviting, leaning more toward a cute roommate BL than a supernatural romance. While that shift in tone isnāt necessarily bad, it does make the story feel a bit shallow compared to the potential of its premise.
Visually, the series is stunning, well-shot, and aesthetically pleasing, but the narrative plays it safe. If you go in expecting something dark or intense, you might be disappointed. But if you're just looking for something sweet, easy, and visually charming, My Secret Vampire definitely delivers that.
A charming, low-stakes watch that doesnāt quite live up to its title but still earns a solid 7.5 out of 10.

From Missions to Makeouts ā Fight For You is Fire ?
Just finished all 12 episodes and I really enjoyed it! This series blends action, undercover tension, and steamy romance so well šAndy & Nelsonās chemistry is off the charts šÆš„ From fake boyfriends to real love, their progression felt natural and intense. There were plenty of kisses and love-making scenesāand let me just say, they did not hold back ššļø Their connection was magnetic every time they were on screen.
š¤ The plot itself is quite intriguing: a mysterious house that takes on any job (yes, even illegal ones š), a secret agent hidden in plain sight, and two men slowly falling for each other while questioning their paths.
ā ļø Room for improvement:
I expected more fight scenes, especially with such a gritty setup š„·
The second couple had potential and some cute moments, but really needed more screen time and depth š
Overall, this was an intense, sexy, and emotional ride. Would totally recommend for BL fans who love undercover plots, fake relationship tropes, and lots of skinship ā¤ļøāš„

Beyond Life and Death ā A Standout BL That Touches the Soul
I randomly stumbled upon "My Stand-In" while browsing iQIYI, not expecting much ā and I ended up binge-watching all 12 episodes in one sitting (over 15 hours with breaks!) because I simply couldnāt stop. I still canāt believe I missed this gem when it aired. Every second was worth it.This is my first time seeing Joe (Poom) and Ming (Up) ā and wow, both are absolutely stunning. Their acting is phenomenal, their chemistry is electric, and they brought so much depth to their roles. Joe, especially, completely broke my heart. Growing up as an orphan, all he ever wanted was something so simple: a home-cooked meal and someone waiting for him. His journey, the pain he hides, and his quiet strength made me fall in love with his character.
As for Ming, I honestly donāt get the hate. Yes, he made mistakes and came off as toxic in the beginning, but context matters. It was a misunderstanding, and by episode 9, everything changes when he realizes it was Joe, not Tong, who he fell in love with at first sight. He fought his entire family for Joe, starved himself to the point of hospitalization, and gave up everything ā money, family, reputation ā just to be with him. And when Joe got kidnapped, Ming was ready to trade his life for him. Thatās not a red flag ā thatās a man who learned, changed, and truly loved. He even apologized with sincerity. To me, Ming turned out to be one of the biggest green flags in any BL Iāve watched.
And letās talk about that moment when Joe shielded Ming and took the bullet for him. If thatās not love, I donāt know what is.
I also adored their home ā finally, something different from the typical uni dorm! That city-view balcony where they shared so many moments felt like its own character in the story. I also liked the bodyguard Jim, and I really wish we had more screen time with Mike!
From the cinematography to the music to the unique supernatural twist ā this show had it all. The plot was emotionally layered, never predictable, and handled so beautifully. It made me cry, smile, ache, and hope. Iāve watched over 200+ BL series, and I can confidently say "My Stand-In" is in my Top 5 of all time.
This isnāt just a show ā itās a story that stays with you. An absolute 10/10.

Fists, Hearts, and Chemistry
Overall, I really enjoyed this final anthology. The last time I saw Seng act was in Secret Crush on You as an awkward, quirky high school student, but this time he completely transforms into Kampan, a tough delivery driver and skilled boxer. Itās such a huge shift that truly shows how versatile and talented he is as an actor.Paired with Pong as Yim, a cheerful and funny guy, their dynamic felt natural and entertaining. The chemistry between them was surprisingly good, with cute moments, great kissing scenes, and that refreshing charm that makes short BLs so easy to love.
The fighting scenes could have been sharper, and the plot could use a bit more depth, but the series still delivered solid entertainment. I do wish the second episode was longer than 30 minutes, but overall, Blood Fighters is a light, fun, and enjoyable BL with heart, humor, and just the right amount of heat.

PitBabe S2 ā Passion, Speed & Heat On and Off the Track!
Just finished PitBabe Season 2 and Iām OBSESSED. This season fires on all cylindersāliterally. From the very first scene, Babe and Charlieās chemistry is absolutely electric. The way they touch, tease, and lock eyes had me blushing, smiling, and fully invested . Season 2 dives deeper into their connectionānot just the heat, but the vulnerability and emotional tension beneath it.
šļø That first race? Adrenaline-pumping perfection. Zooming through shipping containers at full throttle, it reminded me that PitBabe is more than just BLāit's high-octane action done right. The visuals, the sound design, the intensity? Chefās kiss.
š„ So happy to see the whole crew return, and new character Willy (played by Milk ) brought a cool, confident edge thatās already spicing things up. I canāt wait to see where his arc goes.
The plot this time? Wild. Powers. Resurrections. Conspiracies. Weddings. Itās chaotic in the best way, with just enough heart to keep you emotionally grounded. Tony being alive?!? I gasped.
Season 2 is everything:
Car races ā
Superpowers ā
Hot BL chemistry ā
Plot twists ā
And yes⦠a wedding š
This show keeps levelling up and Iām loving every minute of it. If you havenāt started Season 2 yet⦠buckle up. Itās one hell of a ride.

Perfect Chemistry & Beautiful Romance!
Ball Boy Tactics š šš«Rating: 9.5/10
I absolutely love this show! Itās so cute and sweet, and the chemistry between the leads is š„. One is hot and handsome, and the other is cute and adorableāit's the perfect combination. š„° Both actors nailed their roles, making the characters feel so real and lovable.
The actor who played Jeong U looks like he stepped out of a dream. š His flawless features, gentle smile, and effortlessly elegant presence feel almost unrealālike a character from a love story brought to life. Everything about him, from the way he moves to the way he gazes, feels like he was made to be someoneās perfect love. š Seriously, how is he real?
What really stood out to me was how their first kiss wasnāt some accidental moment like a lot of BL dramas these days. š It was so refreshing and felt earned! The way it unfolded was natural and sweet, and honestly, it gave me chills. šāØ
And let's talk about the NC sceneāhands down, one of the best Iāve seen in a Korean BL. The way it was done was so slow, tender, and romantic. š It wasnāt rushed or awkward; it was just beautiful, building up the intimacy between them without needing to go over the top. So rare and absolutely perfect. š¹
I really appreciate how this series gets straight to the point. I recently finished Exclusive Love (Taiwan BL), and I kid you not, it took them 12 episodes just to confess their love. š But with Ball Boy Tactics, they don't waste time. The characters openly express their feelings without any unnecessary drama or hesitation. Itās all about perfect, clear communicationāsomething I think more BL shows need. The hugs, the comfort they give each other, the soft moments... it was everything! š
I love how fast-paced and satisfying it is. Honestly, I wish it was longer because 8 episodes felt way too short. š I could have easily watched more. The progression of their relationship was just chefās kissāeverything from the tension to the sweetness, and those small, tender moments that make you fall in love with them even more. š„ŗ
If you're looking for a show with great pacing, amazing chemistry, and no mind games, this is definitely one to check out! Ball Boy Tactics quickly became one of my favorites, right up there with Secret Relationships. šÆ

An Unmissable Masterpiece of Emotion and Action of Adopted Siblings Falling in Love
Wow, Speed and Love is an absolute gem. From the start, this drama captivated me in a way very few shows do. He Yu as Jin Zhao delivers a performance that is both quiet and commanding, a man shaped by hardship yet irresistibly magnetic. Every fight scene in the boxing ring feels visceral and real, each punch, kick, and move executed with precision and power that leaves you holding your breath.Paired with Esther Yu as Jiang Mu, the chemistry is undeniable. Her innocence and charm perfectly balance Jin Zhaoās intensity, creating a pairing that is impossible to look away from. The racing car sequences are some of the most thrilling Iāve ever seen, wild, fast, and exhilarating, making your heart race right along with the characters.
This show is impossible to put down. The slow-burning romance, the emotional depth, and the breathtaking scenes in Thailand all come together flawlessly. Itās a story of courage, determination, and love that resonates deeply, making it one of my favorite shows of the year. With its perfect blend of action, emotion, and romance, Speed and Love is an absolute must-watch.
I binged over ten episodes in one sitting, and I can confidently say it is a 10/10. Every moment is unforgettable, every scene hits hard, and the story stays with you long after it ends.

10 Things I Want to Do before I Turn 40

Charming Start but Slows Down
The first few episodes were really enjoyable. I especially loved the height difference between the two male leads, and the light plot made it easy to watch. However, there was not much chemistry between them, which left me wanting more. The show mainly focuses on Tojo-san as a 40-year-old man trying to tick off life goals, which worked well in the beginning. But is it just me, or is this show going downhill? The early episodes were fun, and I honestly thought we would see Suzume and Keishi working through a list of things together before he turns 40, just like the title suggests. Sadly, that idea never really happened. Even up to the finale, and still there is little to no chemistry between the leads.
Instead of focusing on their bond, we got random distractions: first a work colleague drama, and now Suzume suddenly babysitting three kids who appeared out of nowhere.
My favourite scene was in episode 9 -
I know many people are angry with Keishi for saying, āEven if I was gay, it wouldnāt be with Tojo-san,ā but my heart honestly aches for him. Those words were cruel, but I cannot forget the situation he was in. He was cornered, forced to respond in an instant, and out of fear he chose to protect himself the only way he knew how. It was not right, but it was very human.
Maybe he was also trying to protect Tojo-san in that moment. What if Tojo-san himself was not ready to come out? They never even discussed it, and they are not officially a couple yet. Saying something quickly, even if harsh, might have felt like the safest choice in that situation for both of them.
In Asian culture, especially with strong family values and generational expectations, being in a same sex relationship comes with enormous pressure. It is not as simple as just being honest, like it might be in some Western cultures. Keishi is so young, ten years younger than Tojo-san, still trying to find his place in the world. His fear of rejection and shame is understandable, even if the way he handled it caused pain.
The fact that he later called to apologize, and the way he visited Tojo-san when he was sick and cared for him, shows that his feelings are real. If this is not love, then what is.
I feel deeply sorry for both Keishi and Tojo-san. What happened between them is heartbreaking, but it is also painfully real. Many people in real life go through the same struggle, torn between love and fear, truth and survival. All we can do is hope that together they find the strength to face it, because their love deserves that chance.
My favourite moment in this series was when Tojo started deleting each item on his list. With every deletion, memories of Keiji came flooding back. The way he missed him so deeply, realising he could not live without him, was heartbreaking yet so beautiful. In that moment he found the courage to finally confess his feelings, crossing off the very last item on his list, to not be alone before turning forty. It was here that the title of the series came to life, carrying its full meaning, and it touched me so deeply to see love win in the end.
The ending was sweet and adorable, the kind of soft happiness that makes your heart swell. I only wished it lasted a little longer, perhaps even a special episode devoted to the two of them simply being together after everything they went through.
Overall, I rate it 8/10. It has charm, a light and easy start, but the lack of consistency and emotional build-up holds it back from being truly great.
