This drama throughout the years has really stuck with me because this is one of the rare times when the two main leads are time-traveling and experiencing both eras, and I thought it was really cool, and they both look insane from an outsiders pov, which is really hilarious. Plus, they divided the episodes well for both to have a fair level of time-travel experience.
Does anyone know where to listen to Faraway Wanderers audio drama? (Except for the Miss app something, I can't access it.) I miss WenZhou & its the only material left of them that I was unable to access 😔
Okay, so for me, the plot was not interesting at first, but the chemistry between MLs kept me going (or maybe…
There's a good explanation about the epilogue I learned researching after finishing the drama. I don't think the novel will give you the answer but it's a fun read. You should try reading Qi Ye (prequel) too.
that does NOT explain anything lmao, how is wen still alive since yu said he would die after giving the energy…
Chengling actually explained how Combined Six Cultivation works on EP37. Both practitioners must love each other wholeheartedly. If you do not love and trust each other wholeheartedly, there is a high chance of qi deviation. No one dies doing Six Cultivation, if you remember, Ye Ba Yi mentioned that Rong Changqing lived until his old age, RCQ didn't became immortal bcs although they are zhiji, RCQ don't love YBY like how YBY loved RCQ. That's why YBY tested WKX's feelings first and he smiled when WKX didn't hesitate to answer he'd die for ZZS to make sure that they love each other. They can only become immortals if the feeling is mutual.
Spoiler tag because it's not really about the show so much as the genre and my own opinions. Im still not sure…
I think the best part of watching tv shows is to be entertained. We don't always have to relate, this one's wuxia.. a story about assassins. It's definitely not something we can relate with. For sure, the plot isn't just your cup of tea and that's why its hard for you to gravitate towards it.
I still listen to their ost to this day.
