I too enjoyed this more than flower of evil, that is not saying that one drama is better than the other in terms of quality. I was never bored in Reset, but there were parts of FOE I was like yeah I am done let's wrap this up. FOE is more complex characters, darker psychology involved, there is way more subplots whereas Reset is more focused on a singular objective.
Just finished watching this, MASTERPIECE, MUST WATCH, MIND BLOWING experience. Ofcourse you can nitpick and find something to complain about, if there is any such thing in this drama it is barely worth mentioning.
Lee Tang is blessed by some higher power and only he can kill the psychos and not get caught and keep his humanity at the same time. It is not clear why Robin is not prosecuted the first time around when he confessed to helping the serial killer cop, did I miss something did they explain why he was let go? The drama dwells on the nature of vigilantism, what it means to be a hero, brings up the broken justice system, and brings up interesting talking points on human psychology (which ultimately is not explored in-indepth). No matter how evil someone is taking another human life is not easy will have dire consequences on anyone with conscience, we see this in war how it impacts soldiers even if it is your duty. Dramas shows Lee Tang gifted by stranger powers is cursed for life to kill evil doers, but they never explore what would happed if he tried to stop, has he ever tried to stop, how much does he take pleasure in these killings, he does get nightmares but how does he cope with it. Lee Tang and Robin and the nature of what they are doing is more complex and the morality should have been explored more in depth, however instead in the second half the plot sidesteps with the stand serial killer storyline. The question is did we get enough of Lee Tang story, do we understand ultimately what this character is, what happened to him and how he will continue to live?

I have similar sentiments, episode 7 was repeat of all the scenes we have seen before it is an episode we did not need. And in the finale junior villain spends the entire time monologuing when he should be aiming to kill her ASAP and slow pace killing the tension in the plot. Multiple villains state how crazy Minhye is they see her as a dangerous threat but plot armor every chance they get to take her out they don't shoot her head but shoot other parts of the body giving her a chance to come back. The construct of the last episodes really downgrades this drama.
I hope there will be a season 2 because there are unanswered questions, but what I can't understand is why they…

why the agency let bale and his group killed jinman's family?
This is a plot hole if the rule is you can't kill your comrades then Bale killed one of their own first in cold blood which the boss/general knew and lets it pass but he hunts down Jinman for being a traitor. But killing Jinman's family does not seem like Babylon standard practice as one of the mercenaries protested against this, but for some unexplained reason Bale is allowed to run rogue killing civilians, which they are not allowed to do they can be tried in the court of law.
they should’ve released the 8 eps all at once, tbh waiting for the eps weekly and having to rewatch the same…
the mercenary are sadists yes it is hard to understand rules of such an organization who get carte blanche to commit cold blood murder and why the government stands for it
I haven't seen BoA in a drama since I think 2010ish, in her Athena cameo. I saw her in episode 11 & thought 'no,…
BoA from only one is unrecognizable what has she done to her face. It has been a long time since I saw BoA in a Kpop MV but this BoA looks soooooo different.
Even taking her trauma into account, her entire argument is so nonsensical I feel like I'm hallucinating because…
it was going strong and then jump the shark with the crazy ex fiancé who is a psychopath. the reason sumin and minhwan were great villains because they seemed human, connected to her past, even though they are beyond redemption they felt like real people characters we can relate to. this psycho fiancé is something out of a thriller genre, and what exactly is grandpa's problem his goal is to make his grandson as miserable as possible.
