Ugh, the Red Moon Pact was just bad. As for Love in the Pavilion, the acting was great and the visuals were good, but the storyline was just average. So my expectations for this new one are very low.
A truly good story needs dedication and soul. The problem with the last two, they clearly had huge budgets and famous stars, but where was the soul... Nowhere. I seriously doubt this is going to be any good. We'll see, though. Wang Yi Xu as a producer gives me some hope.
Is there a sequel for this!? Because the story didn't end with the ending!
The last time I checked, they confirmed that there will be a second season, and the actors' contracts have been signed. No specific dates have been mentioned though.
Now is the question. How long will it take for Ming Yi to realize that JBZ gave her GMD... Following cdrama logic, she will probably think that it's Situ Ling who saved her...
This drama lacks punch because lead sucks. i am in 3rd episode. Just dont feel it. fight chroreography is ok.…
Well, Su Mu Yu is just like that. Has nothing to do with the actor. He is not supposed to have killer vibe. He is a good guy who got unlucky and basically was forced to become who he is now, and that's why he wants freedom. Even as an assassin, he only took jobs to eliminate villians, basically, and never harms innocent.
ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ’”💔So in the end either one of them will survive coz there's only one millet
it's probably gonna be a HE. In one of the recent interviews, Hou Ming Hao said that Lu Yu Xiao likes bad endings. Then Lu Yu Xiao said that Ru Qing Yun (Love in the Clouds) isn't gonna have a bad ending.
Idk if it's a plothole or anything but why does Ji Bozai believe that she's still Mingyi? They were able to cross…
I personally think that name doesn't really matter, whether she is called Ming Yi or Ming Xian, what matters is sincerity. Bridge tested their love, stone tested their sincerity. That's why he was strike by lightning, cause their whole relationship was built on a lie.
Ji Bozai doesn't care much about what's her true name either, as what matters to him is her feelings, not whatever she was called in the past.
Lmao the way they just gave up and let him carve the names. "Whenever I feel pain, I will make you feel it…
I'm also confused about the bridge, but I think there are two versions here.
Either there's a difference between "lovers" and "true love." For example, two people can be lovers, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the feelings they have are "true love.", but maybe just a passing affection.
Or, more likely, it's about sincerity: they might love each other, but since their relationship was ultimately built on a lie, it wasn't accepted easily.

JBZ: Was it all for the golden millet dream from the very beginning? So you were lying to me all along.
MY: I was afraid to face you. And even more afraid to face myself.
Did you ever have any real feelings for me?
My feelings for you were more than real.
What did you say?
My feelings for you were more than real.
Do you really mean that?
You are the one in my heart. Ji Bozai, You have no idea. how much I care about you.
Listen carefully, Ming Yi. The one before you is me. And it can only be me.
