There will be a good ending. Interesting point. A lot of shows go around in circles where there is one childish…
Aahh, I see what you mean. I generally binge them as well and lookout for stuff like this. I recall that some arcs looked too cramped on timeline. Will look at it again when back home with that aspect in mind.
That said.Yeah, they needed a number of conflicts to resolve before they become a couple here I felt it was done very well. Good show overall.
I understand why people like this show, I really do, but also....the amount of times it runs around in circles…
There will be a good ending.
Interesting point. A lot of shows go around in circles where there is one childish misunderstanding after another. To me it's not that show.
Real sulking happened only once but generally progression, I thought ,was very well done. Like there are numerous times there are conflicts of interest. So those things are bound to repeat. Each time the stakes are higher and the situation is different. Anyway, that's the first time I heard criticism like that. Might look at it again sometime with this angle in mind.
I'm not going to check now but I think she took back her life-pearl that he carried as a necklace. She did believe that he is beyond help and promised to avenge him. That she didn't stick around to wait until he dies and telling him all those things was a bit callous alright.
I only remember that Yao set XY's piece of jade into meteor stone. Seems a bit daft to bring it to a battle with him where he could be killed and stone would end up in enemy hands.
Hi i just want to ask is there a girl who is in love with the male lead or obsessed with him and does the female…
Emo stuff just goes over my head. Well if my interpretation of that scene is different to yours does not mean you're right.Anyway don't worry if you are not smart, resourceful or talented your parents still love you. Being grateful will go a long way
Hi i just want to ask is there a girl who is in love with the male lead or obsessed with him and does the female…
Yeah, if she was as dumb as a plank he would still continue to financially support her in that house she is living in now and eventually would marry her off to someone. He found out she is smart now he feels proud and cares more. It's normal to care more for children who are smart, resourceful or talented.
Hi i just want to ask is there a girl who is in love with the male lead or obsessed with him and does the female…
She is the only daughter that was shown and only shown interactions are relevant. And I see them differently to how you see them. Probably due to difference in our age, gender and cultural upbringing. So your categorical interpretation of those events makes one wonder too.
I totally agree. I don't understand people who blame Li Ni for that. Blame those who were actually responsible…
I understand what you mean. But even if that's what he wanted his reputation as far as his father and grandfather is concerned was ruined. So anything he'd say carried little weight for them. As for light punishment ,there are well known examples where parents covered up some heinous crimes their children commit. Maybe it's just me but I can't interpret it as spoiling someone.
The General, I agree that he loves his daughter unconditionally. The Prime Minister, I'm afraid, is only good…
Maintaining protocol doesn't imply that their guard is up or that they are pretending. They just have to follow procedures relevant for the occasion. In this situation I would consider it normal. If your interpretation differs, then it's just your perspective not necessarily what's going on.
The General, I agree that he loves his daughter unconditionally. The Prime Minister, I'm afraid, is only good…
Don't bother.Point 1 irrelevant. In the end he actually started a rebellion if all went according to plan his daughter would actually end up being on the throne. Anyway it was probably for the best if she didn't know when she went to confront LiNi.
Hi i just want to ask is there a girl who is in love with the male lead or obsessed with him and does the female…
Exactly he warned her a few times about the dangers of the course she's taking.
It went awry once she had no choice but to become 2nd wife. Hence they needed FL dead and assumed it will take 5 years for LiNi's feelings to change. Once Gu mothers' aphrodisiac plot failed he said he'll do everything he can to take care of it And did.
I'm not sure why you insist that it's me who misunderstands his character or that your opinion on how fathers should behave is the right one.
The General, I agree that he loves his daughter unconditionally. The Prime Minister, I'm afraid, is only good…
You say he doesn't feel fatherly love. Then why would he jeopardize his long run of being a successful PM to help his daughter to do something that will drag him into a fight for the throne. He was successful under 2 emperors already. Is successful under the 3rd. And would've been successful under 4th regardless of it bein LiNi,his brothers or the grandchild kid.
So he joined the fray just because she asked. I'm not sure what other example of fatherly love is needed here.
The General, I agree that he loves his daughter unconditionally. The Prime Minister, I'm afraid, is only good…
By pretense you mean they still maintained protocol.Well they aren't as close as FL and her father. Also, she came to plead for something he doesn't agree with. She logically argued her position. To me it seemed like proper interactions for people of their status.
As to informing me how father and daughters interact🤣

Him faking rebellious nature is probably an example of that nature. I didn't miss that part I just don't attach too much significance to it. I'd say anyone who has siblings would have a story like that. Poisoning of the family etc happened when they are already in their 20s can't see it as an example of being spoiled.
As far as distinguishing who is loyal and who isn't isn't an easy task at all.so probably not a good example to indicate his dumbness. Again I'm not saying he is smart or fit for purpose I'm saying he is too much of caricature to be really that bad.
