if she was present there and it was all grand (even if she hooks up with Lv) that poster wouldn't cross my mind. but she wasn;t and it looks like there will be conflict. most likely due to misunderstanding. and it would spoil the show for me. there are a lot ways where he can become honorary chairman for life and no t all of them have to be positive. os, yeah i'm not going to dismiss your opinion outright,. but at the same time i'm not going to be too surprised if she is going to take the lead for a few episodes as well. anyway we'll find out soon enougj.

where to place someone doesn't interest me that much. but just off the top of the head centre should be either ML or no one.so far everyone else looks like a support character to me. hence my confusion as to why is she there, how drastically the plot has to change for it to be justified.

yeah i'll just disagree. the only distinguishing factor there, is that out of all employees she is the only one who doesn't have to work. and was willing to work for free. idealistic etc. but so far her contribution to his being poor is pretty much on the par with everyone else. we'll have to see.

So they are not together.
If that woman is Wan'er, their love twist did not work out.
To me that means there will be some downturn in the story.

Now if, they are flying to france & drunkard Wan'er is in charge of the vinyard the company etc and is supporting him. only in that case can it be a happy ending for me. In this situation I would assume she could buy him a jacket, but he is wearing some seriously shabby clothing so clearly they are not together. So, what happened?

in any case i beg to differ. that screenwriter-duo managed to fuck up Yummy Yummmy and MHH second half was not all that light hearted either. so it's foreshadowing enough.
i'm not searching for hidden meaning but i'm curious as to why she is in the centre of the poster. yes it looks like she could be his love interest so why is she missing from the trip when everyone is there 8 years later and he looks like a bum.... nothing more.

she is a strange one alright. she could have another mission like to try and sway him to making more normal decisions. when they were doing initial interviews i found it strange that she was huffing and puffing. but yeah i agree there's more to her.

just looking at the poster. why is Lin Wan in the centre. unless she is the mother of his 2 children at the time of his "8 years later" trip ... i don't know my lack of imagination kicked in.

as you probably found out already he couldn't fire them outright and he couldn't tell them why h does things. man doesn't live on bread alone, so sooner or later if they are capable they'd be stepping up, so can't fault them there either.

but of course i agree he is not obliged to be a gift which keeps on giving.
