Same happend with "Absolut Zero" and both were great.Don't know why age is sooo an issue nowadays... It's not…
it's ok to protect children especially like child marriage or abuse or exploitation or something else as terrible.
It seems he wants to be an actor and regardless if he's gay/bi/straight/whatever he want's to play this role. So it's not for us to decide what is right and what is wrong. You can argue that in "Tokyo in April is" two minors played a nc scene. Both were 14. From the standpoint of development, is it normal that 14 year old experience sex? Of course not all. It's an individuell thing. Do you think they did not understand what they were doing? As long as they understand it's not a problem. What's a problem is social media which is prejudiced, toxic and general a bad place to be regardless of age. People do judge easily not understanding the circumstances and thinking they are right and everyone else is wrong.
We have no right to judge anyone as long it's done with understanding of the consequences and it's not a power gap or any other abuse. So if he wants to play the role, he has the right to do so. In this series, the younger one looks older and the older one looks much younger.
So please do not easily judge. Also to define "child". Brain development goes up to 25. So everyone under would be child but some are wiser and mature in a young age and some will never be, also an individuell thing. I'm sure all persons involved did think about it and came to the conclusion it's ok and it should be done.

if you are 16 or 18 does not really matter. A director would not cast a 16 year old if he/she don't think he/she can pull it off.
It's not your decision. It's the decision of the actor and his parents. If his parents did not have a problem with it, why do you?
I read the same because of the age difference in the series of "Absolut Zero".... It's perception regaredless of the real age. For me he looks much older than 16.
The choice to cast a literal child and and adult was... Something. 😬 I'd heard vague murmors but I didn't realise…

the way they’re pretending takara and taishin aren’t basically the same size is making me giggle. takara is…
nope it's correct, because Taishin always wears oversized clothing, so one size more makes it look more extreme. Takara seems to wear oversized too, but mostly he rolls up his sleves. Or maybe extra arm length clothing is common in Japan, I have no clue. 🤣
This is slife of life bl...we lucky this show even give us a kiss where other bl show pull fake kiss, camera trick…
Don't care what it is, if it's a BL they should kiss properly. and it's not a slice of life per se imho. Taikan Yoho, Tokyo in April is etc could do it all properly, so it's still annoying!

You watch one ad after another... and there is some silly conversation inbetween...

sorry.
That the start of each episode is from the fictional novel they are writing, should be clear...
