As I wrote somewhere here, AI does not have a clue about language. You could translate word by word, but you can't translate meaning or context of the expression. It's not only what is said, but how it is said, if people know each other or do not. That can change the meaning.
It's not really the directors fault, because they are mostly only hired to do a project. It's the distribution which is at fault, be it GagaOOLala, iQIYI, WeTV or others.
Yeah Truefilm added noises for the fake bar/coffee shop in the background because it's neither of that... Sukfilm does the same now but it still feels not real :p Complaining helps but not that they change to a real location.

I do also like small budget productions even some with only 8 minutes episode form, it always depends. The exploitation is still a thing, especially seeing that GMMTV did not participate in the pride in BKK at all and that Domundi sent two couples because of a brand deal and had a fan-meeting with inflated prices. That a gay company - and Domundi is just that, is that expoitative is very sad to see.
How life was for you, is not how it is for everyone. Don't assume gay culture is just that. It depends on where you are. And all the sterotypes of "gay culture" are also present in the "hetero culture" but just not as prominent or nobody talks about it.

most are not that young most of the time and the script for really young actors such as "Love Sick 2024" was not really stellar either. It was better than the original imho but still not stellar. When you compare it to an european movie like "Young Hearts" where two 14yo played perfectly well (including kissing, because that's not a problem in Europe) the difference is stark.
Of course Theory of Love is very toxic and one of the few very toxic original thai productions. But yes, they are both talented when the scripts let them... their comedy series were marginal at best.

1. for sure. 2. the scene does not make sense... they both did not show a romantic side the whole series. So I would have cut that scene completely and made something more realistic without a beach. They could have brought back the beach in a special episode when both are on vacation and are more open to be romantic. Something like that.
