The prince is a weird fruit. He appears spineless but he's not. I think he is one of the most realistic portrayals of a person in power. He can be benevolent, ruthless, cruel, egoistic. He's definitely not the best there is, and that's what makes him more real. Keep watching, he'll get on your nerves quite soon

Exactly. If he were an adult he'd be a prisoner of war with all the flame patterns on him. Even without those, who takes a stranger into a military camp just bc he claims he has amnesia? Being a child was the only way he could enter and then pardoned when later on he turned into an adult
