I believe their true personalities were shown when they acted as themselves and not as generals, bound by their professions. Also "Stockholm Syndrome" is the term I used to colloquially explain a condition in a drama, not to prescribe therapy.

It would have been impossible had they known their ids before the amnesia trope. How and where would they have fallen in love? In prison? With him torturing her or vice versa? It would have been toxic, a typical bodice rip drama of Stockholm syndrome. Even after he remembered their past, they couldn't be together till they both resigned their positions. They are very loyal to their family and country both of them. And that's why they could be loyal to each other.

Third watch and I just realised: 1)the blood pool cave has an opening with a cliff and2)Huo Du never gave LS the CP's letter about her brother's arrival and that's why he said to the Yao guy that he has sth big for them

Yes it is. Most of the viewers can't move to a different drama since this one ended and that says a lot.(I'm one of them, and I've just started my 3rd watch). So watch it at your own risk.
